Hotels in Dong'an District, Mudanjiang

Booked this hotel because it's a hot spring resort and we were bringing the kids. The front desk staff were so thoughtful during check-in, giving the children oranges and candies – very welcoming! They even brought kids' slippers to our room, the service was truly excellent. The kids had a great time at the hot springs. It was both affordable and a hit with the kids. Thumbs up!

The hygiene and facilities were satisfactory, meeting Atour's usual standards. Most of the staff were also quite good, greeting us proactively and answering all our questions. However, I was quite unhappy with a few details: 1. We didn't book breakfast online, and when we tried to inquire if there were any upgrade policies for breakfast on-site, a slender male front desk staff member coldly said, ”Atour never has a breakfast upgrade policy” right after I asked the first part of the question. While it's not a big deal, it came across as very arrogant and uncomfortable. 2. They never offered proactive service. Seeing that we were a family with a child, they didn't proactively provide toiletries or even ask if we needed children's toiletries. 3. The bottled water was a very cheap brand, and we always had to go to the front desk ourselves to get refills. In summary, the service here felt quite a bit worse than other Atour hotels I've stayed at in other cities.

This is our second time staying at this hotel and we would definitely recommend it to anybody staying in Mudanjiang. In addition to best accommodations( breakfast, night snacks, free laundry, gym. Etc…), the service was top tier, the best that we had in all of China. All of the staff were super accommodating ensuring that we had a fantastic experience in Mudanjiang. Especially appreciative of the front desk lady (迟凤竹） who helped us hire a private car so that we can tour tiger park and the local Korean village near Mudanjiang.

The hotel was comfortable for our stay. We booked a triple room with a double and a single bed. The sink was in the bathroom, and the shower area was separated. The room was clean, the mattresses were comfortable, with excellent softness/firmness. There were feather and orthopedic pillows to choose from. Breakfasts were Chinese, but the chef made them very tasty. I loved the stewed vegetables; there was a different dish every day. There were also fried eggs, boiled eggs, corn, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, carrots, steamed buns, dumplings, thin millet and rice porridge, Krakow-style sausage, appetizers, and you could even make noodles with toppings. For dessert, there was toast, jam, one piece of fruit (watermelon or apples were available), and delicious mochi with a delicate cream filling and a thin crust, or cookies with icing, like on donuts. The drinks included coffee with milk from a vending machine, hot soy milk, cow's milk, and two types of juice drinks from a vending machine. It's strange that there wasn't just hot water; it's usually available everywhere in China. I asked for it in the kitchen on the first day, and then I drank soy milk; I like it. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, always accommodating. They upgraded our room at our request. Our first was in the attic on the eighth floor, with a window facing the hallway; it was stuffy (probably still getting hot from the roof), but the second room was great. The hotel is located off the pedestrian street, but we like it that way. It's a 5-7-minute walk, not a problem. The train station is a 15-minute walk away. There's a convenience store on the ground floor of the same building, very convenient. Across the street is a huge two-story Red Mart. The room didn't smell of smoke, though someone occasionally had time to smoke in the elevator. We slept with the window open; it wasn't noisy. We were very pleased with this hotel and would return again. Thanks to the hotel staff!

This time, I came to Mudanjiang with my friends and booked a newly opened hotel. It is located in the center of the pedestrian street. I was amazed as soon as I walked in. It is no worse than a star hotel. The service is very good. The two single beds are moderately spaced, the bedding is clean and tidy, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the sleeping experience is excellent. The room is equipped with an intelligent voice system, which can control the lights and curtains by voice. It has a full sense of technology. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family!

Location was great. Right opposite the train station. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The first room I was given had a really strong smoking smell, so they gave me another room right away. The view of the city from high floor was great! Could see the whole city and the mountains surrounding the city. Every morning my room could see the sun rise and get some indoor sun bathing in the winter. The breakfast had a healthy Chinese variety. Some western bread and muffins were offered as well. The only weird part for me was the fruits - the breakfast buffet had bananas and oranges cut into halves which I saw nobody taking. Overall, the stay was totally worth it.

I won't comment on the hotel environment, rooms, or facilities, but as always, Ji Hotel won't disappoint! What surprised me most was Ms. Zhang, who cleaned my room on the 7th floor. Her meticulous observation and thoughtful service made me feel like I was in a five-star hotel. I was so incredibly pleasantly surprised! I hope the hotel can convey my gratitude to Ms. Zhang. Although we stayed for several days, we didn't even meet in person to thank her. Thank you for your service; it made me feel right at home! I'm a loyal Ji Hotel customer from now on.

I highly recommend Mudanjiang All Seasons The service is really meticulous and thoughtful There are many types of breakfast, and there is also freshly ground coffee from Coffee Star Of course, there is also coffee in the lobby I forgot about it because of the noise from the construction, and they gave me a souvenir when I checked out, which is very thoughtful! Compared with Orange, it is simply crushing. Orange's service and breakfast are not as good as All Seasons. I have stayed in almost all All Seasons in the province, and this one in Mudanjiang is the nicest
