The soundproofing in the room was absolutely terrible. I've never stayed in a hotel with such poor soundproofing. I was woken up around 7 AM by the sound of conversation from next door. The noise was so loud I thought they were having a private chat, so I opened the door to check. It turned out they were just talking normally, nothing unusual. However, I could hear their conversation perfectly clearly. It was so loud it felt like there was only a wooden board separating the two rooms. The soundproofing was absurdly bad; even their conversation was crystal clear… Guests have absolutely no privacy. I had no choice but to turn on the TV, partly because I didn't want to overhear my neighbors' conversations and their privacy, and partly because I didn't want to be disturbed by their chatter. The receptionist was very friendly. Everything else was okay, but the soundproofing was so bad I didn't dare talk normally in the room because my neighbors could hear me completely.
