Eşimle Nevşehir dönüşü 3 gece kafa dinlemek için uğradığımız ve gelmeden, otelin rezervasyon işlemleri için ikon turizm şirketiyle tam 45 dk rezervasyon işlemi için konuştuk. Onlarca not aldırmış olmamıza rağmen, otele geldiğimizde hiç bir notun olmadığını ve istediğimiz odaların dolu olduğunu öğrendik. Gecenin bir vakti olmasaydı asla giriş yapmazdık. Kalacağımız yer belli olduğunda yanımıza belboy verilmedi. Oteli ve odayı kendi imkanlarımızla vadi içerisinde tur atarak bulduk. Odaya geldiğimizde berbat bir manzarayla karşılaştık, jakuzinin dış çevresi kopmuş ve pas içerisindeydi. Büyün eşyalar eski ve konforsuzdu. Şikayetlerimizi açık bir şekilde ifade etmiş olmamıza rağmen asla ilgilenilmedi. Kahvaltı ve yemek çeşidi yeterli değildi. Asla ama asla tavsiye etmiyorum Paranızla rezil olmak istiyorsanız buyurun gelin. İmkan olsa bir Yıldız bile vermem.

Yemekler çok lezzetsiz,tatlılar bile hiç lezzeti değildi.Otele girerken sadece bir kere bornoz havlu veriyorlar ,havlunuza iyi sahip olun hamamda havuzda bırakmayın yenisini vermiyorlar.3 gün aynı bornozla havuza hamama gidiyorsunuz heryere değiyor pis oluyor sonra onunla tekrar odada duştan sonra kullanmanızı bekliyorlar.Gelen insan profili de çok hoşumuza gitmedi açıkçası adamlar bornozla koridorda dakikalarca muhabbet ediyorlar,kafa dinlemeyi asla düşünmeyin heryerden bağrış çağrış sesler geliyor.Çalışan temizlikçiler bile saat 09.30 da bağıra çağıra temizlik yapıyorlar.En sonunda çıkıp uyarmak durumunda kaldım.Havuzlar hamamlar çok bakımsız ve pis.Keşke biraz daha para verip daha kalite bir yere gitseydik.tavsiye etmiyorum.
