It is a comfortable, clean hotel. I was as comfortable as in my own home. I stayed for 2 nights. If I go there again, it will be my first choice. The breakfast fee was extra. But I felt like I was at my own home again. The lady in charge of the breakfast was extremely kind and attentive. Many thanks to the hotel official and staff. Thank you, endless greetings and love. Man sollte wissen, dass man auch ein Zimmer im 3 Stock ohne Aufzug bekommen kann. Das ist mit Koffer schwierig.
Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich sauber aber kalt und hatte einen kalten Fußboden. Außerdem ist das Bad und vor allem die Küche optisch und funktionell wie aus den 60ern. Sehr ungemütlich.

We found this a convenient place to stay -- right on the tram line and only 4 stops from the main train station. We had two solo rooms and they were very clean. The breakfast was varied, good and served in a very pleasant room. There was a grocery store not too far away, and at least one good restaurant within walking distance. We were very pleased with this hotel that was quite convenient for visit. There are two things that travelers should be aware of . . .while there are rooms on the first floor, many of the rooms require you to use stairs -- including the breakfast room. We also found the shower floors slippery when exiting the showers and special care has to be taken to avoid to be safe.

Lage und parken gut… Habe mich schon lange nicht mehr so wenig wohl gefühlt in einem Hotel.
Preis ist okay. Wenn es alternativlos ist, kann man das nehmen, im Vergleich zu anderen in dieser Preiskategorie fällt es klar durch
Wenn ich Treppen laufen muss, um ins Bad zu kommen oder eben ins Zimmer, find ich das unpraktisch. Im Bad viel zu wenig Ablagefläche und sehr kaltes Licht! Insgesamt würde ich die Unterkunft als „kalt“ bezeichnen. Auch von der Zimmertemperatur her

Das Hotel liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße innerstädtisch in Mülheim, nicht ganz einfach zu finden, wenn man es nicht kennt. Mein Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber, aber deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Es gab eine kleine Küche im Zimmer inkl. Zubehör - das ist schon außergewöhnlich. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen, mit denen ich zu tun hatte, waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist okay und nett zurecht gemacht, Eierspeisen werden auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet. WLAN funktioniert und ist recht flott. Schwierig ist die Parkplatzsituation: es gibt 3-4 schmale Parkplätze vor der Tür, die sowieso nicht reichen. Wenn die dann auch noch durch Fahrzeuge mit Mülheimer Kennzeichen, die mutmaßlich keine Hotelgäste sind, blockiert werden, ist das umso ärgerlicher. Ansonsten viel Erfolg bei der Parkplatzsuche.
