I’m going to review this with info that I couldn’t really find & is hopefully useful * you turn into the resort off the main road to check in, park in the 2 spots (if there’s room) or I drove around a little to the right & walked back to find reception (follow the signs) * then after check in, enter the underground car park in your designated spot. My partner was arriving late after work & we were fortunate to get a 2nd park (be mindful of this as you may end up parking across the road in a grassed area) - we honestly didn’t give parking a thought as we usually time share in Coolangatta & fly there. * There’s 2 levels. We were ground level but be mindful there’s still 2 lots of stairs to get up from the car park (maybe 14 or so steps). Then a couple of steps to Accom door (just advising this if anyone has mobility issues) * Nice neat unit - 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. In the front door & again 2 steps up into the main area. There is a small hand rail & a night light at the step if you need. * The main bed was so comfortable, good wardrobe space, bedside lights, TV, ceiling fan & an air conditioner in the main room. * The other bedroom had 2 single beds, ceiling fan, wardrobe, bedside light * Kitchen/lounge area had everything you need as well as a small starter supply kit - salt/pepper, sugar, tea & coffee & a small milk. A dishwasher as well. * Air conditioner worked well in the main area. Large TV & 2 lounges, dining table & coffee table. * Nice bathroom & separate toilet - a large shower with good water pressure * Washing machine & dryer * The stand out for me is the block out curtains - we had the best & well needed sleep ins as the bedroom stayed dark. I want to take the bed & curtains home. * The small balcony was a favourite, with amazing views of the lagoon area. Kookaburras landing to be fed & theres also 2 resident black swans who visited a couple of times a day. We could also see turtles in the “murky” water. * Pool area looked nice but we didn’t spend time there. There’s other activities but didn’t use them. * I discovered thru have Wifi well into my stay, no biggie for us.
