The hot water boiler provided by the hotel leaked. The window in the bathroom cannot fit easily. I paid with a credit card and tried several times, even using different card readers, with no success. The same goes for switching to another one. Later, the manager came out and switched to another card swiping machine. But the next day, the credit card company notified us that there were multiple eligible transactions at different locations within two hours of us checking out at the Holiday Inn. We thought that something might have gone wrong during the card payment process at the Holiday Inn. In fact, when we book a hotel on trip.com, if trip.com is willing to accept our credit card payment at that time, these situations may not happen. In addition, an employee at the Holiday Inn suggested a ride to the pier. The charge was very high.

The location is good, there are some restaurants around very good, and the overall service of the waiter is very good. The hotel's exterior facilities look okay, but the hygiene is very poor, the sheets and quilts are not clean, and the contact has replaced a new one, which is not good. The sofa has mold in the corner, the whole guest room and hallway are moldy smell, will not come again, cheap is really a problem.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Mumbai and was completely disappointed, especially with the front office staff. While the check-in process was smooth, the service from the staff left much to be desired. There was no politeness from any of the team members I interacted with—they seemed to be rushing around without so much as a smile, which made the atmosphere very unfriendly.
One particularly shocking issue was with the key card holder they gave me. It was clearly reused, and the name of a previous guest, "Bhatt," was still visible on it. I couldn’t believe they would hand out an old card holder without properly clearing or replacing it. This level of carelessness is just unprofessional for such a renowned hotel chain.
Additionally, there was a staff member who helped me with my luggage upon arrival, but for the next three days, he couldn’t even recognize me. Whenever I smiled or greeted him, he would turn his head and avoid eye contact. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name, but his rude and indifferent behavior was shocking.
For a brand like Holiday Inn, this level of service is unacceptable. I’ve stayed at many Holiday Inns around the world and have never had such a bad experience. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism at this location was truly disappointing.
I do not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
