worst experience ever….they mentioned breakfast is included at the time of booking. can you imagine they don’t have buffet breakfast….they providing few items in room…they should mention this…. should also verify it whether providing proper breakfast or not…..0 star from my side

Me and my sister, we stayed at this place as we were in goregaon for some work. The stay was decent, rooms and washroom were clean with the provision for hot and cold water. And the room service was polite and attentive. Room was a little small but that didn't cause much of a problem. Would recommend if you are in town for work or for a trip and looking for a place close to railway station and has good access

Conveniently located, well behaved and clean staff, clean surroundings even though there was some ongoing modification work of part of the reception. Would recommend both for official or holiday stay.

Nice location, enough parking space, tea and breakfast prepared by them were tasty. Rooms have all the amenities like water bottle, dental kit, shaving kit, towels. Friendly reception staff, courteous room service by attendees. In total very satisfactory and great value for money spent. I would certainly repeat my stay in my next trip.

मैं 4 सितंबर से 6 सितंबर 2024 तक होटल करण पैलेस में रहा। यह होटल गोरेगांव स्टेशन पूर्व से लगभग पंद्रह मिनट की पैदल दूरी पर है। होटल की सुविधाएँ अच्छी थीं।

Hygiene issues and wifi never worked. Hotel staff are good but there is always delayed in providing solutions.
