Comfortable room in a great location for getting on public transport without being right in the centre. I'd visit again.

The location of the hotel is just nice. And the hotel room is above average. Just an average hotel.

Modern hotel very convenient to get S8 to airport, also close to Maria plaza

Hotel staff is polite and helpful, location is good. However, the lift at the lobby side door was out of order which we had to carry our luggages upstairs to the lobby.

The service was excellent, landed early in the morning after a 14 hr flight, was able to check in early and also check out late. Location is excellent as your a short walk from the very center of everything such as Marienplatz, also next to the hotel is a gas station that has a great shop if you need anything including fresh pretzels. Also there is a great pizza place around the corner that is open late and they have a window that sells pizza by the slice if you get hungry. Good facilities, only thing to be desired was a indoor pool as holiday inn has that some times, but this location doesn't. None the less, great stay, great service, great location, great price.

Friendly staffs and just nice as what you would have expected from IHG. One of the best hot shower I get during my trip around Germany.

Double charged the room rate even i prepaid on Trip.com. Front desk told me it was for deposit but I was charged again.

One of the best hotel in Munich city area. Reasonable price. 1st floor is connected to markets and there is also nice pizza restaurant.

The hotel is located in a very strategic location, near to train to commute, a lot of good restaurants and bars around. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Very nice location. You can walk to marienplatz and diverse restaurants are near by. But the room wasnnot clean. It didn't have a slipper. + Amenities.... didn't expected anything but was normal.
