Hotel is conveniently located. Next the the tram/train line. Staff were friendly.

I had an incredible experience staying at this hotel! From the moment I checked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel right at home. The hotel's ambiance was both inviting and stylish, creating a wonderful atmosphere for relaxation. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the attention to detail in the decor was impressive. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided were top-notch. What truly stood out was the impeccable service provided by the hotel staff. They were always ready to assist with any request or question, and their genuine care for their guests was evident in every interaction. Furthermore, the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. It allowed me to explore the city effortlessly and make the most of my stay. Overall, I can't praise this hotel enough. The combination of excellent service, beautiful accommodations, and convenient location made my trip truly memorable. Was very pleased with the attitude in Montree ; wanted to stay 2nd night but, fully booked.Room was good and great location out of the city but, not far to walk & tram nearby.Reception organised my booking at another hotel as Munich was very busy at this particular time. Thank you !

A clean hotel, very nice and helpful personnel, and well connected by public transport, the neighbourhood a bit dull. 3rd floor rooms to the backyard (which is quiet) open to a kind of roof terrace. It's actually only an emergency exit but smokers gather there. So, the stink will penetrate the room if you open up. The walls between the rooms are paper like thin. Never seen (heard) anything like this before. If neighbours arrive at 04:00 in the morning, rotten luck, not even ear pluggs willl do.

Really clean hotel about 15 minutes walk from the Munchen bus station. Very friendly staff. Basic facilities with plenty of electric points. Modern decor and good television and clean bathroom with basic toiletries.

I'm a pretty rustic type, let's say I adapt to a bit of everything, but the carpet in room 112 that smells of rancid beer is too much even for me. The area is not bad; look for another hotel in the area, trust me. I have to get to two hundred characters so I'll add that Munich is not bad, it's just a shame I didn't see Inspector Derrick with his Bavaria Uno. Awesome!

The worst hotel ever. The rooms offered on the internet in the photos ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT THE SAME AS THE HOTEL. Old, dirty rooms, uncomfortable beds, a bathroom without a shower or tub but with a toilet squeegee to drain the water. We complained but they didn't change our room. Expensive hotel with very few services and little attention to customers.
