Be careful while making online booking. This Property asks you to make Advance payment - though the booking app (Agoda) clearly shows No payment needed. I didn't receive my money even after multiple follow-ups, when I cancelled the booking within the free cancellation period.

Had a generally good stay here. The rooms were clean and what our group needed. The location is great for getting to Munnar town and sites without being on top of everything. Most of the staff was very nice and accommodating with any of our requests. However, the main gentleman working the front desk (we didn't catch his name) was generally unkind. He was short responsed, uninterested in helping, and didn't want to work with us for any of our requests. Overall good stay, but that one person left a bad taste for our experience in total.

We booked our stay online and didn't had any payment issue. We had booked 4 rooms. The rooms and property was clean. They gave us rooms on the ground floor which don't have any view but first and second floor rooms have a good view. However, some basic things were lacking. The rooms and beds are very small. If you have a child with you the bed is small for 3 people. Some of the rooms didn't had fan and some didn't had regulator. I am not sure whether they have centralized AC but the rooms were very cold. They didn't had a hot water kettle which is a necessity considering that Munnar is a very cold place. They don't have their own restaurant. You can order food from a nearby restaurant but the food quality is okay. There were not any major issues as such but may not prefer this place next time.

Disappointed by this establishment far from the bustle of the city on foot, room not very comfortable, don't count on a balcony, mine in the basement overlooked a wall, no kettle, no fridge, no safe, Not even a soap in the sink, just a dispenser in the bathroom shower, the street side is noisy during the day. Certainly comfortable bed, but very cool in January mornings, no breakfast included. The property requires a deposit by transfer before arrival and does not accept credit cards. In the end I do not recommend the establishment which barely deserves 2 stars!
