Trato excepcional por parte de todos los trabajadores, siempre con una sonrisa. Sin duda uno de los mejores hoteles. Las instalaciones impecables, limpieza, servicio de recepción, de restaurante, bares, cocina, animación, todos muy profesionales.

Wow, what a holiday! My husband, 2.5 year old and 6 month old had an incredible stay here. First time travelling abroad with babies and it was a breeze. Transfer from airport amazingly simple, I had a perma-smile walking into the hotel. Staff were incredibly kind, friendly, professional and the family focus was lovely. The buffets and restaurants were amazing and usually I hold back on meat and fish in other countries but I surely did NOT here. Outstanding food and drinks selection, even a quality dirty martini. Pools were incredible and my toddler loved the slides. They were on the colder side but, nice when it was hot to cool off and my 6 month old was in it for 45 min jaunts throughout the day and had a fabulous time! Hotel room was clean and spacious and the walk to the beach was non-existent, shallow warm sea waters, gorgeous. It was a 2 min walk to bus stop to catch 10 min bus to Acludia and there were a couple of supermarkets outside the hotel. What a wonderful holiday. Felt like a proper treat. Todo perfecto, desde las habitaciones reformadas y el estupendo personal tanto de bares y recepción. Y que decir de las increibles piscinas tanto para adultos como para niños que se lo pasan a tope disfrutando. Super recomendable. Volveremos.

Excelente. HOTEL precioso,con una decoracion muy acertada.Unos jardines muy bonitos y bien cuidados. Trato excepcional. COMIDA I BUFFET variado y de calidad y muy bueno... hotel con calidad de 5 estrellas sin duda. El proximo año repetimos seguro.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut betrieben, sehr gute Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen. Die Hardware ist sehr gut gepflegt und instand gehalten; sehr freundliche, engagierte und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Excellentes Kinderprogramm. Vielseitiges und qualitativ sehr gutes Speisen- und Getränkeangebot. Zimmer, Bad und Balkone sind gross. Matratzen zu weich. Im Bad fehlen Haken. Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Excellent hotel - the best we have ever been to. Great service and very friendly and polite staff. Amazing entertainment, lovely pools and excellent access to the beach! And where do I start with the food - you will be spoiled for choice and all food is seriously delicious!

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Nette gut gelaunte Mitarbeiter, schönes Zimmer, bestes Buffet-Restaurant eo wir bishet waren, man hatte das Gefühl hochwertige Lebensmittel zu essen. Tolle Anlage, nahe am Naturschutzgebiet, direkt am Strand.
