This is the third visit to the hotel. Their service is excellent and the location is between two malls I recommend it

It’s a very big hotel with apartments and hotels.right in the middle of the grand mall. Very convenient for eat drink and children arcade. Very close to the grand mosque. But taking 20 mins to drive to the old market. It’s a good value very clean super comfortable bed and good size room.

A great location with access to the mall. Rooms were clean and well lit.They allowed an early check-in, which was a good thing. But that's where the good things end. We faced a few issues during the stay, which I think was a disappointment 1. not enough car parking space for patrons. It's always full, and anybody can come and park . 2. Squeaky beds and not that great on sleep on felt uneven in a lot of places. 3. Service was not that great either. No iron box. Weight scale not working. Blow dryer not working. took 3 calls for them to come replace them, and even that they did not get it right the first time 4. Gym felt claustrophobia and not easy to access without clear signs. Definitely not a 5 star...maybe a 3 star

We faced a serious issue that my family and I encountered during our stay at the Grand Millennium Hotel Muscat 20 Jun 2024. We experienced a significant inconvenience due to a sudden hot water splash from the bathroom, which created an unsafe and uncomfortable situation. Immediately we called the reception, but the response was very slow, and it took the maintenance person more than 10 min to come to the room. Additionally, the excessive pressure in the water system made it difficult for us to stop it as the wash basin tap came out of the wall, resulting in a highly disruptive situation and my child was screaming off due to the situation we have gone through. We chose this esteemed hotel for a pleasant and relaxing stay, and unfortunately, this incident has marred our experience. Very disappointing....

This is a great hotel too, 12 mins from muscat airport, right next to Grand Mall, lift takes you straight to the Grand Mall. Facilities are great, we got here straight from Salalah 5 mins before check in time, Mahdiye at the desk ensured a smooth experience, Avenues Mall right opposite, Sultan Qaboos Mosque about 8 mins. As before we did not take any food options as we prefer dining locally for a greater experience. You do get what you pay for, thank you to the staff at Grand Millennium Muscat for easy and hassle free stay.

Third time l have used this Hotel such a handy access to the Grand Mall with food courts. Also a very good locations for the wider area. Staff very attentive.

The room was clean and comfortable to stay in~ the staff were nice and helpful ~

I booked apartment for my family because we’ve kids but they gave us a room with bad smell of cigarettes after long discussion they changed for us to a very old suite, hotel is very old and not clean unfortunately I will never go to this hotel again

Location is good, need more upgrade , the hotel is getting old

Next to the mall is the plus point the rest is average. Even a non-smoking room has smell. We have to change the room twice. The staff are helpful breakfast is average. Grand millennium in Bangkok is far better.

The location is great,near to the malls,staff are freindly and accomodating,room is clean.a must say a home away from home.
