The Claridges Nabha Residence Mussoorie

one of the finest properties you can find in hills. location is absolutely perfect away from maddening mall road crowd but also not too far, just few minutes away. staff is very courteous and helpful. they went out of the way to help my child who suffered from travel sickness. room was recently renovated and easily met 4* standards. property is undergoing renovation so hopefully it will be more better in upcoming months. food options are limited but good & fresh, fish/mutton were very tasty, items are reasonably priced. each staff is very polite & humble. property is well maintained & sits atop a pvt hill. property approach is easy & not too steep, easily manageable with any car type.

Booked for my parents. From the moment they arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure their comfort and satisfaction. What truly stood out was the exceptional service by Mr Dilip Das, Dinesh and Akshat. The staff were incredibly attentive, especially towards my parents, making sure all their needs were met. The food was nothing short of excellent, all thanks to Chef Kailash and team. Each meal was delicious, with a wide variety of options that catered to all our tastes. Special dietary requirements were handled with great care, which was particularly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel for families seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay with top-notch service and excellent food.

Loved the stay at Claridges Mussoorie. Overall experience was great . However,few special mentions : 1) chef Kailash was excellent food preparations. 2) Dilip Ji, Rathore ji and Dinesh ji for alway smilingly accomodating our requests and giving there inputs for things to do around. 3) Shailender ji, Mukesh ji and all staff of the restaurant for being courteous while serving food. 4) Mr Nikhil for his lovely singing in the evenings..

Excellent food by Chef Kailash & his team, from the grills to the main course, freshly prepared & was top notch. Impeccable service provided by Abhishek, Dinesh, Amit & team from breakfast till Dinner. Prompt & attentive hospitality. Including driver Anuj, who helped us with pick & drop service to popular locations in Mussourie, as provided by the hotel.We were here with a 8 month old baby for a short family weekend getaway.

Amazing stay. Pretty location. Nice rooms and good service. Tasty food although slightly limited options. Great housekeeping service by Mohit ji and his team. Could improve on outdoor seating and overall garden maintenance. Overall highly recommended stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Claridges Nabha Residence. The entire staff is so warm and welcoming. The food is great. The location is perfect. The service is top quality and very prompt. We are definitely going to visit again and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mussoorie.

Staying at Nabha place was like a dream. We were welcomed by Mr Dilip Das, General Manager ***** with his team. As the property is very close to mall road hotel provides complimentary pick up and drop to mall road once in a day to all the guests. Being surrounded by the forest this small heritage hotel is away from crowded area. Hotel is surrounded by well-maintained gardens which was used to serve our breakfast, lunch and dinner. Being a luxury heritage small property, everything is personalized. Its a perfect place for small family functions and weddings. Our stay at Nabha Palace took an unexpected turn when my husband bumped into his old school friend Mr Devrath Rathore, who happened to be his junior at Mayo School. I would surely like to come back and stay again at this lovely property !!! Special thanks to Mr Hemendra Singh, Patrick John and Mr Dilip Das.

The staff provided exceptional service, making my visit truly memorable. Perfectly located, it's a serene retreat close to main attractions. Highly recommended!

The stay is wonderful and the staff is right on point to make sure that we had a comfortable stay. The room are very clean with very comfortable mattress. The food is exceptional with special care for requests. Overall a very pleasant experience
