This a hotel near library chowk where we stayed two nights 29-30 December. Mussoorie is cold at this time of year but as you walk in the hotel is lovely and warm and the rooms are all air conditioned with both hot and cold aircon so you can set your room temperature to what you feel is ambient. The staff are exceptional and service is very quick. Anything you ask for is catered for much quicker than most hotels. So what makes me give it 3 stars and not more. 1) the rooms are very small. Three of us shared one room which was probably about 20sqm including the bathroom. It was really tight as we had a lot of luggage. They offered to put a rollaway bed in the room but that would have meant nowhere to keep our luggage. 2) the room had a pointless balcony, would have been better to incorporate that and make the room bigger as the balcony is unusable due to pest monkeys that hound you as soon as you arrive in your room trying to get in to your room. You have to keep the balcony door shut and you won’t want to sit or stand on the balcony knowing the monkeys are there to attack. 3) the rooms are really shabby and need a complete overhaul. 4) the bathrooms tiny and the shower spits out water at you from different angles in a very pathetic low force. You could spend an hour in the shower and still feel like you’re not properly showered. They don’t have central hot water and each room has a geezer (immersion heater) but that heats enough water for one person to shower so you will have to wait another 20 mins after one person showers to have warm water for the next person. 5) we had the buffer breakfast and buffet dinner both nights. The standard was pretty low.

We are so pleased with the warm greetings and checked in. Our stay was good and helpful from the moment we checked at your Hotel. Would loved to highlight some whom, our visit was so respectful and blessed Mr. Harish, Mr William and Mr. Kapil who helped us in our car parking and identify and our driver with blankets. Thank you so much for having such humbled staffs.
