It was One of the osm stays i had in my life. Beautiful lobby . Well decorated nice and clean rooms. The roof top restaurant was marvelous. The view of the city was gorgeous from roof top restaurant. Staff was well trained and there hospitality was like an international grade. General manager was so kind and help full. They just treated us like we are in paradise. All to say that best place to stay . Hospitality better then PC and as compare to rates ass well.

Downtown residency muzaffarabad is a awesome place to stay . The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. . I had a wonderful experience at the downtown residency mzd, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown residency muzaffarabad.
