The room provided was different from the photographs in the description. The hotel said they can’t provide the room shown in the photos as they are occupied.

Staying at Atithi is just ok ok experience, rooms are average, there is dampness in wall . I booked room with breakfast but they are not providing any breakfast buffet here ,you have very scarce verity of options for the breakfast

This hotel has the rooms in worst condition- their washrooms literally stink like gutter, drain was clogged and it would flood the whole washroom while shower, exhaust fan didn’t function either making it very suffocating inside the washroom. In the room, bedsheets and blankets smelled of sweat, ac remote won’t work and overall hygiene was too bad. We booked the most expensive room of this hotel but the first night when we arrived we got a small room, second day after putting up a fight at the reception they gave us another room and it was no different. Since we paid entire advance amount while booking we had no option of refund. Staying here for three nights was a nightmare and we do not recommend this place to anyone.

I did not get the complimentry breakfast. Every staff were on holiday because of chath pooja. If you don't have staff, you guys should not take the booking.
