The administration of Deliades was amazing. They have helped us with local recommendation of food and touristy places. Their parking was very convenient. The hotel was at a very good location and the pool and all was soo good. The ambience was very nice. It wasn't noisy and the room was so clean.breakfast was good.

Location was ideal close to the beach’s and restaurants. Didn’t have to walk so far which was very nice since we didn’t have a car in Mykonos. The restaurant is a little slow in service for drinks coffee and food compared to anywhere else that we have went.

It was a top notch destination! It was everything we expected it to be plus outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend it for anyone who wants to visit Mykonos.

Nice Hotel with specious light full and comfortable rooms .very clean with full time services .Responsible , Responsive and friendly staff who were available almost 24hours .Good location ,very close to two beaches ,public bus station and supermarkets or restaurants.Nice sea views and beautiful designs . Average to medium quality buffet breakfast serving in an open air nice area,but it has space to improve in this hotel . The swimming pool is very small with 3-4 sun beds ,but it’s not a big deal since people preferred to stay on beach rather then it . We had a problem with our room and they were ready to resolve it when we had mentioned . Port shuttle was arranged for us ,however it’s better to clarify the regular price in the island in advance which is cheaper than Hotel’s offering price .They were open to fix it upon request . We had enjoyed our stay and strongly recommending this hotel .

The room has a beautiful view, the bedding is of good quality, the front desk staff is professional and enthusiastic, and the staff service is good. The breakfast is of good quality. The hotel is worth recommending.

I stayed in the Cozi Suite with my wife, it was a wonderful big room with a perfect view and a pool, the staff was very friendly and helpful. If I go to Mykonos again, I would stay at the same hotel.

We arrived at the hotel at 2:00 pm because Trip Advisor said that check-in was at that time. At the hotel we were told that it was at 3:00 pm, so we waited a while at the hotel. When it was time to check in to the room we had to wait another 15 minutes. However, they offered us iced tea and water upon arrival, as well as friendly and welcoming service. According to what they told us when we were going up to the room there was something dirty, which is why we had to wait the time I mentioned a few lines back. When we were going up I spoke to the hotel staff to tell them that we were obviously very tired and that between arriving at the hotel and going up to the room 1 hour and 20 minutes had passed, in that time they could have checked the room. For the rest, everything was perfect.

The front desk staff, sanitation workers, and restaurant staff are all warm and friendly. The environment is good, the view is good, the environment is clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is rich and delicious.

We were unable to leave and reach Mykonos due to a health problem and although we provided a regular medical certificate, the structure did not grant us a minimum refund or a voucher that we could use later. We knew very well that the fee was non-refundable but we expected it out of humanity. We were very disappointed. We don't recommend it!!!

Excellent Hotel with sea view a few steps from Ornos Bay. Super nice staff, large room, quite varied breakfast overlooking the pool and the sea. I absolutely recommend it, excellent value for money!

We have enjoyed our stay. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The pool is very small, but the ambience is convincing.
