My stay at this hotel was disappointing. Despite paying for the room, breakfast was not included even though the booking stated it was. The air conditioning was not working properly, and there were issues with mosquitoes. The facilities did not match the price paid. I recommend choosing a different hotel if you plan to visit Mysore.

Centrally located. Good ambience. Friendly staff. Good food. Needs some attention for maintenance of tv fridge etc

The overall stay at the hotel was good. Rooms were maintained and clean. Morning breakfast and dinner was good in taste
the hotel staff was we'll mannered, humble and very cooperative for our request. I would recommend this hotel for families to consider for their stay

Good hotel and at a very good location. Room was just perfect for our overnight stay. Clean comfortable and cozy. They have a very big parking space as well.

No welcome drink, towels provided were dirty and when replaced were also dirty, no hand towel were provided even asked for many times
food was good
water bottle provided is very little quantity
a/c has no remote control, either keep on or just keep off

Decent room, had ac and warm water available. Breakfast was good. Rooms were neat. They provided extra bed for our kid. Bathroom was small but neatly maintained.

Excellent location with access to all modes of transport n nearby sightseeing places. Rooms are standard, but there was a cigarette smell sometimes. Food n service is bad. I had requested for ironing, no response after initial ok sir. Food is definitely not good. Noodles had an oil smell, curry wasn't cooked n tasteless. Coffee n snacks was good. Room n wash was maintained clean n provided with basic toiletries
