Good location, most of the tourist places are in vicinity. Room fare is reasonable, staff was very friendly and approachable. Dining staff Guru and Abdul was very accommodating and fulfilled any requests instantly. At the reception a girl from Goa was very informative.

The day was very good. Just the check-in process was delayed a bit. Rest all walls a very perfect thing. I would recommend other to stay there.

i was in mysore with my family and stayed here for a stop over between a long road trip to ooty from Mumbai. being a long weekend we couldnt find any decent place to stay at the last minute and had to settle for Ginger due to its brand name as we were new to the city. we made the booking inspite of the poor reviews only as it was a brand and there is something to relate to compared to other options. believe me all the negative reviews are true. this property is poorly maintained. poor mattress, old bedsheets, old furniture and damp walls. only positive point was the proximity to the palace and some parking space. which was also cramped. given an option do not stay here, but if you have to stay dont opt for the Breakfast. you get so many authentic hygienic south indian breakfast options at a stone throwaway distance. DO NOT STAY HERE UNTILL ITS THE ONLY OPTION AVAILABLE.

The hotel location is good for the people who want to visit mysore city. The rooms were good except the bathrooms which were poorly maintained and it lacks space. The bathroom towels were very old and had bad odour. The staff were very polite and courteous. Food served in the restaurant was okay.

The stay at ginger was very comfortable. A no-frills, clean hotel with very courteous staff and well-appointed rooms with a study table. Perfect space for a short work visit.
