Nice Hotel , very clean and big enough for one person but still need 15-20mins walk from Nagoya station.

Pretty stylish hotel. Guest can enjoy welcome drink service till 23∶00. In case of walking from Nagoya station, it takes approximately 15 minutes. 2 subway stations （Kokusai Center & Marunouchi）are walking distance.

First, the Staff was incredible, they spoke english so there was no misscomunication issue. The room was very clean, amenities were available at the lobby, the only thing i couldn't see was Cleansing foam, but i had my own. The breakfast was also good, you get fresh food and asorted drinks. The location is really good, it is near nagota station, like 15 min walking. It was summer when i visited, so to avoid the heat i went all the way from nagoya station to Kokusai Station, which is one block away from the hotel, through the underground Unimall. You can find many restaurants in the Unimall, also Starbucks, Subway and dessert shops. Some turistic attractions like Nagoya Castle and Toyota Commemorative Museum of Industry and Technology are also 25min walking from the hotel. Again, since it is near Nagoya Station, you can go anywhere without problem. From the Airport you can take the Express Train (you need a ticket) or just the regular subway (use suica or a transportation card linked to applepay). I recommend this Hotel for solo travelers and also families. Great service.

I am very satisfied with the service and facilities. The room is also very clean. The hotel is right by the river and easy to find. It would be even better if it was closer to Nagoya Station. The hotel also provides a bottle of water every night, which is very considerate.

The sound insulation is good and clean, but it is easy to find no space in the parking lot. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the convenience store, but generally it feels comfortable😊

Firstly, the location of this hotel is very poor. Secondly, when I placed my order, I specified that I did not want the beautiful room on the floor. Thirdly, after entering the room, I turned on the air conditioner, but there was no cold air coming out, only hot air. I immediately informed the front desk clerk, who came to the room to find out. They It's okay to say that the cold air is like this, but I reasoned with him, is it appropriate to adjust the remote control to 18 degrees to still have hot air? At that time, I was communicating with him in English, and he asked me what language you speak, which was so sarcastic.

Breakfast was just delicious for the price. The hotel was clean. But the view outside the window was a wall view. I asked for a high floor, but it was still a bit disappointing. Even though it was far, I thought the view would be okay because it was right next to the sky? The river? It wasn't a sky view, it was a wall view. In Japan, it's reasonably spacious for this price.

There are not many restaurants near this hotel, need to walk back to the surroundings near Nagoya Station, it takes about 10 minutes or so, the room is quite clean and tidy, only the air conditioner is not cleaned, the air conditioning fan is damaged, can not be adjusted, two nights in a row Take the initiative to hang a clean towel at the door 👍, the breakfast dining area is smaller, there is only one elevator to get on and off, you need to wait during peak hours, the overall experience is still good.
