"The hotel's design is very stylish and the location is excellent, just a short walk from the subway station with a very prominent sign. The environment is great, and crucially, the rooms are also very spacious. The check-in lobby itself is large and clean, and the night view from there is absolutely stunning. It's also very kid-friendly. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Nagoya; we're very satisfied."

"This hotel is very new and clean, and it's quiet. While the room is small, it has everything you need. You can fit one suitcase under the bed to save space, but two would be a bit of a squeeze. Check-in was quick with staff assistance. It's very close to Fushimi subway station, and within 50 meters, there's a fruit shop, a drugstore (which also sells food), and a bag store. Sakae shopping district is also within walking distance. It's only one stop to Nagoya. Overall, it's very convenient for dining and getting around."

"Booked a month ahead. At 280 a night for two people, we were very happy with our stay! Breakfast was included. They offered two types of bread: the butter and red bean bun was absolutely delicious! The hot dog and tomato one was a bit too sour for my liking, though, haha. The hotel's location is excellent. It's very close to Fushimi subway station. The bus stop is a bit further, but still perfectly walkable."

"Environment: The location is excellent, right next to Nagoya Station, making transportation very convenient. It's a direct 40-minute JR ride to the airport. Facilities: The hotel facilities are new. The room offers a great view directly overlooking the platforms; lying on the windowsill watching the trains come and go was quite therapeutic. Service: Full marks for service! I left an item behind at the hotel after returning home, but I was able to contact the hotel via email, and they helped me retrieve it. I'm very grateful."

"Very convenient location with family mart right downstairs, sugi pharmacy with good range of stuff with tax free shipping and 24 ichiran nearby. There are also variety of restaurants nearby, and short walking distance through unimall (underground mall) linked to subways, meitetsu, kintetsu and JR Nagoya. The hotel has also added a bed for my elder child at no extra cost."

"The lobby has a great artistic vibe. The hotel's location is superb, and nearby convenience stores are very handy. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit of a walk to the subway station, making it more suitable for families traveling by private car or chartered vehicle. On the bright side, the rooms are significantly more spacious than what you typically find in other Japanese hotels."

"Everything is perfect except that my toilet has no door and directly in front of the door 😹 But since I traveled alone, I had no problem. But then, I found coffee stains below my table and it was sticky all over the information book 🥲 I love their 11:00 am check out policy though and their phone charger service so I will definitely come back!! "The room was pretty clean, but there was a persistent smell that bothered me throughout my week-long stay. That was quite frustrating. The facilities were good, and the location was excellent. There's a famous toast shop nearby, and it's super close to the subway, making it easy to get around by foot or public transport. It's also near the Meitetsu shopping area, and you can catch buses here for the outlets or even Shirakawa-go. Convenience is definitely the main selling point. For a business hotel, the basic amenities are perfectly adequate."

"The hotel is excellent. Though an older property, it's remarkably well-maintained. The airport bus drops you directly at the entrance, which is incredibly convenient. Downstairs, you'll find a 24-hour pharmacy, a convenience store, and a McDonald's. It's also just a 6-minute walk to the subway station, making transit very easy. Two popular chicken wing spots are a mere 2-minute walk behind the hotel and a 3-minute walk in front. The Chunichi Building is also nearby, where you can find Blue Cafe and Montbell, and take advantage of tax-free shopping. Legoland is directly accessible by subway, and arranging a chartered car to Shirakawa-go and Hida Takayama is hassle-free with direct hotel pick-up and drop-off. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Nagoya!"

"Location is perfect right next to Kanayama train station which is connected to train and subway network. The staff were polite and helpful. Just one issue during our stay: We booked a three-bedroom where a sofa bed was not fully flat. I slept for the first night feeling discomfort at low back. We called the hotel service desk and the lady staff was very helpful to add a layer of blanket underneath the mattress to help. While it’s not perfect but it still felt better for remaining few nights of sleep. Suggest the hotel to review this issue especially for guest staying for a few nights."
