Basic hotel but clean and well maintained. size of room is generous for Japan standard. about 10 mins walk from Nagoya station. There are fewer restaurants than the East side of the station so it's quieter in the streets. I will stay here again.

Located in a place that takes less than ５ minutes from Nagoya Station. The location is also easy to understand. The room was large, comfortable and clean and satisfactory. The room space is a typical business. The bed was very comfortable. The water was beautiful, the bath towels were fluffy, and it was good to not smell strange. It may have happened, but it was good that I couldn't hear the sound from the surroundings. I was a little worried that the location of the hotel, the structure of the room, and even if there was a window, the outside could only see the ridge of the next building and there was a feeling of pressure. I thought I could endure it if I stayed for a short time. Breakfast is a donut, donut, coffee, etc. with Mr. Donut. I thought I would be fine without breakfast because there are many convenience stores and shops around. The inn was reasonable and helpful. I wanted to stay if I had another chance because the overall point is high.

I stayed at this hotel for business trip during one day. I was so tired because of my work, but I can relieve my stress as this hotel provide me with comfort bed room with morning call, a little bit of small but cozy public bath and great breakfast. This hotel is located to a little far from nagoya station, but you can access here easily.

Room is small and not clean for such a new hotel, the bed is tooooooo soft, can’t slp at night. Cleaners speak so loud in the morning outside on the corridor. Overall, I will not ever choose this brand anymore.

Excellent location. If don't mind walking, it is 40-45mins to Nagoya JR. Many things to check out along the way. Pancakes/cafes lovers rejoice, cos they r jus 10-15mins walk away. The hotel itself is near shopping area. It's a lot like Ginza/Shinjuku area, but less crowded. Would totally recommend, and choose to stay again. Nice to have free coffee and donut available. Pretty gd mini donuts. Lawson is jus downstairs.

A Very well located hotel and great value for money. A stone's throw away from the commercial district of Sakae, Mirai Tower, Department stores, coffee shops, convenience stores. Very clean. Compact toilet and room, but to be expected. Service at the front desk was good. They were courteous and helpful in storing our luggage as we arrived very early in the morning. Highly recommend for a short weekend stay in Nagoya. No hotspring facilities.

I stayed with my 13-year-old daughter. I see a hotel with free sleeping under 12 years old at 々, but it was very helpful because it was not free to sleep under 18 years old, and the room rate of the former 々 was also cheap. The location of the Nishi Tetsu Cruum Hotel is fantastic, right next to the Sakae Station on the subway! (Just a 1-minute walk) The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there's even free Wi-Fi! The hotel also has a large public bath, which is great for soaking and relieving travel fatigue. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options, so you'll leave feeling very satisfied! The staff is also very friendly. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Nagoya!

Great hotel to stay in Sakae, Nagoya. Newly renovated, very convenient location-- near restaurants (Furaibo chicken is almost right next to it), convenience stores, shopping areas, transportation, aiport express bus terminal. All are accessible within a 10-15 minute leisurely walk! The luggage storage service is highly appreciated, too!
