A Very well located hotel and great value for money. A stone's throw away from the commercial district of Sakae, Mirai Tower, Department stores, coffee shops, convenience stores. Very clean. Compact toilet and room, but to be expected. Service at the front desk was good. They were courteous and helpful in storing our luggage as we arrived very early in the morning. Highly recommend for a short weekend stay in Nagoya. No hotspring facilities.

The location of the Nishi Tetsu Cruum Hotel is fantastic, right next to the Sakae Station on the subway! (Just a 1-minute walk) The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there's even free Wi-Fi! The hotel also has a large public bath, which is great for soaking and relieving travel fatigue. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options, so you'll leave feeling very satisfied! The staff is also very friendly. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Nagoya!

The Livemax Hotel in Marunouchi was incredible!
The service I received from the staff was top notch! I felt well-accommodated and the public bath was just the cherry on top.
That coupled with the sauna were a highlight. It’s also close to several subway entrances and Central Park for shopping. I truly enjoyed my stay there and would recommend the hotel to anyone looking to visit Sakae or Hisaya-dori park.

Room is small and not clean for such a new hotel, the bed is tooooooo soft, can’t slp at night. Cleaners speak so loud in the morning outside on the corridor. Overall, I will not ever choose this brand anymore.

I stayed at this hotel for business trip during one day. I was so tired because of my work, but I can relieve my stress as this hotel provide me with comfort bed room with morning call, a little bit of small but cozy public bath and great breakfast. This hotel is located to a little far from nagoya station, but you can access here easily.

Room is rather big for a business hotel and very sheltered all the way to the station - just go down B1 from the office building beside Lawson. Clean and relatively new. Would recommend and go again!

Located in a place that takes less than ５ minutes from Nagoya Station. The location is also easy to understand. The room was large, comfortable and clean and satisfactory. The room space is a typical business. The bed was very comfortable. The water was beautiful, the bath towels were fluffy, and it was good to not smell strange. It may have happened, but it was good that I couldn't hear the sound from the surroundings. I was a little worried that the location of the hotel, the structure of the room, and even if there was a window, the outside could only see the ridge of the next building and there was a feeling of pressure. I thought I could endure it if I stayed for a short time. Breakfast is a donut, donut, coffee, etc. with Mr. Donut. I thought I would be fine without breakfast because there are many convenience stores and shops around. The inn was reasonable and helpful. I wanted to stay if I had another chance because the overall point is high.

Location is a about 5-7 minutes walk from Nagoya station with nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Staff is so inconsistent - one second they’re polite and the next they’re rude and inconsiderate. I was charged 2000 upon checkout for “extra fee” but wasn’t even told what it was for. Was in a rush to catch my flight so whatever I just paid - but just be careful when staying at low budget inns like this. Laundromat in the hotel only accepts 100yen coins but they don’t even have a coin changing machine so you have to go out and buy something to get enough coins. Wont stay here again.

The bath and relaxation room were very good. Unfortunately. At the breakfast buffet, I packed the side dishes that middle-aged men took nearby in a tapper and put them in a cooling bag. I put 2.3 times with my familiar hand. I was attached to the front desk staff, but it seemed to be doing it routinely. I felt bad.

[Impression] Overview In Nagoya, it is only a newly built luxury hotel for the first time in almost a quarter of a century, and the overall facilities are wonderful. Because I am a common person, I don't stay at luxury hotels in various places, so I don't know the evaluation of the obese person, but there was no scene that felt cheap during my stay. It is convinced even 50000 ～ per night. As a luxury hotel handled by a wedding vendor In particular, I honestly didn't expect this hotel because it was the first luxury hotel handled by a local wedding vendor called ”Love Group”. I think it is the perfection that betrays it. Since it is a member of Marriott, I think it is a hotel that was built after consulting firmly based on domestic and foreign trends. I think it is a Nagoya Castle or a tourist hotel in terms of history and formality, but it is not the best hotel in Nagoya in terms of luxury and high sensitivity. Also, because it is a hotel of a wedding company, wedding banquet facilities tend to be the main. However, I liked the fact that the hotel here was completely separated from the entrance of 1F from the guests, the wedding facilities and the conductor. It is difficult to see the drunken guests in the hotel lobby after the reception, and the guests may be able to stay quiet and calm. GGuest UserHad a wonderful time in Nagoya and we stayed at the Nagoya Jr Gate Tower Hotel. Location was perfect. And we enjoyed the buffet breakfast served at their restaurant, called the Gatehouse. Checkout was seamless. We would have enjoyed our stay more if we were allowed to check in much earlier. We arrived at the hotel at 2pm but check in time was still at 3pm. We were being charged a very expensive rate if we want to check in early even if I explained that my wife is a PWD and she needs to rest. Anyway, thank you Klook and to the staff of the hotel.

GGuest UserHotel is right in front of Legoland. You can check in to the Hotel before entering the park. Highly recommend buying the tickets on the official website- international credit card accepted.
Legoland is my favorite theme park because there isn't a queue or a crowd. That means you can totally enjoy the park and literally go on your favorite rides many times!
The staff at the park is super friendly and they make the rides, arcade games and shopping memorable. Apple fries is a must have! Breaded apple slices with cinnamon dipped in whipped cream is such a treat on a winter day.
Although the parks opening hours are 10am to 5pm, it's more than enough time to enjoy the park and even sit down for a meal or snack.
Lego Hotel is amazing with big rooms and theme amenities. There is a children makers park near by with glass, pottery and even an animal zoo for children to enjoy. Of course, there are many eateries- Korean, Kyoto beef Katsu, Ramen, ********* Bubble tea and shops. There is a beautiful night fountain with lights, song and movement to enjoy.
Highly recommend making the trip to Nagoya Legoland and staying at Legoland Hotel.

GGuest UserI don't know what the standards are for business hotels these days, but the facilities were well-equipped.
There was an amenity corner and a coffee server at the entrance on the first floor, as well as a microwave.
There was a coin laundry, ice maker, and vending machines on the second floor. If you want to reduce the amount of luggage you carry, you can use the coin laundry.
The room had the atmosphere of a typical business hotel, but I was surprised that the toilet in the unit bath had a washlet.
In addition to shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, there was also a liquid for washing your hands and face.
I only stayed one night this time, but I think it would be fine even if you were staying multiple nights. It seems they also offer room service for that.

AAnonymous UserI personally appreciate the location, it was easier than any other options we had around Nagoya since we’re traveling with a young child. Smoking in all rooms is prohibited as well. I noticed it’s harder to look for this feature in hotels in Nagoya. I have my son in tow and this is an absolute NO for us. The room was really small. We can hardly walk around the room. It was extremely challenging to takeout and pack our things because we didn’t have any space to fully open our luggages. Though as mother, I’m glad their walls are thicker than most hotels in Japan. We’re not troubled with the noise from the next rooms. It gives me peace of mind too that we’re not disturbing other guests in case. The breakfast was enjoyable at Yoshinoya. The branch is a heart beat away. It’s way better than my experience at another hotel nearby. We enjoyed the many pillows they offer. In terms of cleanliness, this could be well improved. For Japanese hotels I think the situation at this hotel is lower. I could see the dusts hanging by the wall and the bathroom door. It’s not helping that I’m one of those people who observes these things. I appreciate that they allowed us to deposit our luggage when we left for another city and got it when we checked back in. Saved us so much trouble. I will still stay at this hotel.

The bed quality was good and the room was clean and comfortable. There are hotels in the neighborhood that have better quality, so it will be a point to work a little more than they. There was no description in the elevator, and when I went to the 5th floor to get ice, there was a microwave oven. It was a little shock because it was after finishing shopping. When I checked out, a man and a woman stood at the front desk and checked out to the woman. It was a pity that there was no morning greeting and smile. It seems that the rank as a hotel is low for the good death considering the price.

CCarlos_119I stayed there with my mom, and we liked the location as it was super close to the station. However, we would like to leave some comments for other guests.
We booked the Superior Twin Room - High Floor - Non-Smoking, which was located on the 21st floor. I thought the room would be big, as the photos on the website suggested, but it was not. We hardly placed our big suitcase and packed our luggage. The room and the bed were so tiny that it only fit one person. I think this hotel is designed more for business purposes than for tourism.
Also, we ordered the hotel breakfast and thought it would be served inside the hotel, but it turned out that the hotel gave us redemption tickets and asked us to have breakfast at the restaurant located on the ground floor, right next to the front desk and the restaurant. The food was not bad, and they provided two options, such as Japanese and Western breakfasts. We only had breakfast there for two days; for the other days, we ate outside near the hotel, where there were more options, and the price and quality were even better.
Regarding check-out time, we were asked to leave the room by 10 a.m., which was too early for us. If you want to check out later, you need to pay 1,000 yen per hour. That means if you want to check out at 12 p.m., you need to pay 2,000 yen. I think the early check-out time is very inconvenient for guests, especially when breakfast at the restaurant is available until 11 a.m. It seems quite unreasonable.

JJia YenLocation is near to a subway station and near to the shopping and dining area. This is a few subway stations away from Nagoya JR main train station. Neat, friendly staff, good amenities with free flow drink and coffee bars. Good spread of breakfast and very value for money. night view outside the window.

BBryan James GarciaFirst, we were greeted by the front desk and they gave welcome drinks. The room is small but very clean and everything we need is already provided. You can get toiletries in their desk. It is located near Nagoya station. When we opted our room not to be cleaned, they provided with eye mask which is very thoughtful, apart from being sustainable. Overall a pleasant stay here.
