Think before booking this property. First of all they call it pet friendly however asked me to keep pet my inside room and when i confronted them then they said ok you can take him outside. They have not mentioned that they will charge for the pet stay as well anywhere while booking this property neither did they advised when i called to confirm the booking & property being pet friendly or not. Plus they have non-refundable policy so if you book and then later found out such issues, then you’re screwed. Rooms were dirty has foul smell, bedsheets were dirty ( had hairs, weird spots etc, room service was terrible ( had to call again and again ) and worst of all the food menu is so over the top for such meagre property you’ll be shocked! - 1 cup tea for 80, 1 cup coffee for a 90, maggi for 150- per plate, pakora for 300- per plate, salad for 350, tawa roti for 50- per piece, dal makhani for 350- per plate, jeera a loo for 320- per plate. Breakfast buffet was also so basic ( it actually felt like a roadside vendor street food. No parking provision inside there so-called resort, had to park my cars at a place that had rough patches (not even a path) with long branches, overgrown grass, insects, bugs, lizards whatnot and way was so steep (you’ll definitely get a scratch on your car) please save yourself from such horrific experience!

It was very nice experience to stay at Cloyester Resort & Spa. The food was very good quality & the hospitality of staff was very good as well. Specially the Kitchen staff & waiters was very polite and cooperative. Front Office Staff was also very cooperative. However the Housekeeping & construction was not very good, but was satisfactory. Overall, it was nice to stay in cloyaster and I will refer to other to stay in this resort.

Our stay at Cloyster Resort was an excellent experience. Staff was very patience attentive and friendly, it was so nice to enjoy the jaw dropping mountain views. Loved the place… Thanks a lot!!!

Location is the catch if you wish to stay deep inside the jungle area. Rooms are spacious & well maintained. Great service and staff is very helpful. You get to see the wildlife just outside the main gate. Most importantly, great for bird watching.

we stay in this property with my friends for 2 days. During our stay we enjoyed allot. Their restaurant food quality was good. Most important thing I like in this resort their outdoor and indoor gaming facility services. Their staff behaviour is also good and very supportive special I would thanks to their front office staff. From my side I would recommend to other traveller to stay in this property. food good👍 staff copretive .
