Rangers Rivers is a small bit beautiful resort which is isolated from main road and thus is very peaceful and away from any noise and brings you with nature. Its in overall Ramnagar Corbett area across Kosi river. Driving to rseort is very beautiful amiongst lush green forests on both sides with very less traffic and also borders one Corbett safari area ***** way Its 1.5 km from main road and this 1.5 is totally adventours type drive as its only mud and stones and very narrow path called a road, if it was. Suggested to park vehicle on mail road, one staff helps at Rs 100 per night and then take the Gypsy provided by resort for to & fro complimentary pick and drop from that point. Resort is very lush green and many varieties of trees plants. Its surrounded by lush green forests from all side and one dry river borders it. It may be filled in rainy season. Rooms are nice and good and with big verandah where you can even lie down and watch nature. They serve food here (no other choices), its a good mix of different items though not very rich collection. I didnt like the food and service. But overall i will recommend one day of total peaceful stay amongst beautiful landsacpe and wide views of lush green hills and forests.

A must visit before you die. Staying here in itself is an adventure. The staff is so so humble especially Vinod ji, Santosh ji. The chef is just fabulous. Life is worthless if one hasn't stayed here. The gypsy ride, cats, trees, pool and the GOMBO are just beyond ones apprehension.

The Rangers Reserve in Jim Corbett is a great place to stay if you love nature. It feels like living in the jungle, with lots of greenery and wildlife around. The staff were very kind and made sure my husband and I had a good time. It’s a perfect spot for a peaceful getaway.

The resort is in the lap of nature widely spread nicely situated very near to the forest or you can say in the forest itself but few cons to be improve firstly the connecting road from road to the resort and should work on maintenance of the resort and food variety was less if compared with other resorts otherwise everything is fine, staff is good and co-operative, we enjoyed our stay

Ranger Reserve is the hotel that I visited ***** with my family after recommendations from my family friends who have visited this place 2-3 years back. But unfortunately this place is nowhere near to what it would have been few years back . Property is built beautifully and in the lap of nature. But if you are visiting ***** with your family nature does not attract you if facilities and food are poor. Food quality of the hotel is poor , in the month of May their AC's inside restaurant are not working, swimming pool is dirty and they even don't care to clean even after repeated reminders . Shower area near pool is in pathetic condition with spider web hanging on the shower panel and fittings not working properly. Distance to reception and restaurant from rooms is very far away and even their golf cart are not working hence guest have to climb themselves every time for food. On the day of the stay even have to face 2-3 hr of power cut with no AC working in the middle of the night from 2AM to 5AM Activities inside the campus are in broken condition and they don't have anything to offer for a 2 day stay. It is better to be at home or visit other resort in Jim Corbett for good quality time with your family members. NOTE: Any review in recent days if found positive on the page , please be assure that it is paid review

Lovely property right in the heart of forest.Good food and good stay but the approach to the property is very difficult. No roads and no vehicles can go except the old bumpy jeep. The golf carts inside the property are not functional. This property is actually not meant for senior citizens, old people with ailments, pregnant women and very small kids. It is good only for young people who can walk and run and jump and go from their room to the dining hall which again is a difficult approach. No parking for slightly bigger vehicles allocated on the main road where it leaves the guests.

This is one of those properties where one feels that someone put in a lot of effort and enthusiasm to find a great location, build a beautiful property and then just lost interest in maintaining it. The property is in the middle of the jungle, which is a plus. It has beautiful landscaping and huge balconies. But the reception isn't manned. The pool is dirty. The swings and activity areas are in a state of abysmal disrepair. The buggies don't work so one has to walk uphill and downhill for meals at the restaurant, regardless of age or physical ability. The vehicles for taking people to and fro from the main road are so old, they ought to be in junk yards. The cutlery is chipped and the outdoor seating of the restaurant has cobwebs.

If you want to experience Nirvana and escape from the hustle of cities, Rangers is the place for you. World class facilities and extremely helpful staff make your stay memorable. If you are lucky you can easily spot Tigers, Deers and Wild tuskers. You can ride their Polaris ATV into the jungle and have a thrilling experience. Also the Food and liquor options are plentiful and delicious. Highly recommend to anyone planning to experience the real Corbett!!
