It's a great property with a lovely view they have a very well maintained property. The staff is very caring and they go out of their way to make your stay comfortable specially chef Mr. Parihar the food is also great he went out of this way to make us feel homely he ensured our food preferences were taken care of. They also have free pick up and drop services to mall road ..

It was a terrible experience. What’s they show and what they serve is misleading i am a senior citizen. You have to climb down 120 plus stairs to get to you room once you get down from your car. I booked a suite for my anniversary. They need to redefine the definition of this. Dirty room entrance. A staff lying on a bed next to our room a party room cum storage. Empty cookies jars kept on the table. Spoke to representatives. He was not having any satisfactory reply. Requested him to connect with supervisors. He didn’t. Very painful and horrific experience

Great location, Nice Rooms, Delicious food and Excellent Service. We needed Jain food and the Chef made variety of dishes for us. A musical night was also organized with live music. They also have shuttle service for Mall Road and back. Highly recommend this property.

Lovely property, wonderful staff and excellent food. But the hotel should consider a kids play area & kids club. Currently, there is neither to keep the children entertained given how many kids visit.

A nice quiet place in Mallital with views of Naini lake, good food, evening activities and very friendly staff. Mr. D S Jeena is very helpful and it had been wonderful to listen to his experiences during morning tea hours. The only improvement suggested is to build accessibility ramps for elder people as it is difficult for them to take stairs or use wheelchair to access this property.

The best experience I had at the beautiful property. The services are beyond your expectation - prompt and courteous . The plant based food that we ate was icing on the cake. Overall brilliant stay and I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a perfect get away in hills
