Gostops Mukteshwar

I recently had the pleasure of staying at gostops mukteshwar, and it was a memorable experience. The location is ideal for a nature retreat, with breathtaking views and a serene ambiance that’s perfect for unwinding. The cozy common areas provide a great space to meet like-minded travelers. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring i felt welcomed. My room was comfortable, and overall cleanliness was well-maintained throughout the property. The amenities offered were decent, and i enjoyed relaxing in the peaceful environment. I would happily recommend gostops mukteshwar to anyone looking for a cozy, scenic stay in the hills. A solid 4-star experience!

The rooms were so much overpriced, doesn’t have good ambience and all, smelled a little weird too and the mattresses were not clean, but the room service was okay. It said unlimited wifi and it wasn’t the case. The way(entrance road) that leads to the stay is also not good at all. The staff was well behaved though.

Room was clean & proper maintained. Food & service not up to the mark. I need to call multiple time for service

Location is easily accessible, property location is good, need some more games like pool but food is frozen food that's not tasty.

At GoStops Mukteshwar we had a very mixed experience. What was good: The stay, beds and ease of checkin What was bad: The services by staff, the manager at reception, the food, the cleanliness, the availability of geyser and other services. Only thing to make it worse further was the behaviour of front desk staff's attitude. Whatever requests (be it bonefire or geyser repair) we placed, he just sidelined it with excuses like: We need 2 days notice to prepare bonefire instead he gave us the number of wood supplier to arrange fire ourselves. Charging 100₹ per towel was just disgustingly funny and shows how pathetic hosts are there at GoStops.
