The hotel is right next to Westgate mall, 100 meters walk. There are Carrefour, KFC, Subway and Pizza Hut in the mall to meet daily needs.

The hotel is right next to the Westgate Mall and there are several bars and restaurants in the area. That's the best part. The hotel feels a little bit old and the rooms aren't that nice. But the value for the price is good. When we arrived in the middle of the night we got a room on the ground floor and all of the windows were wide open. One of the windows wouldn't lock at all. So it didn't feel safe. We got moved to an upper floor the next day. The room felt a little bit nicer but there was a problem with one window there also. The rooms had full size kitchens and fridges which was nice. The breakfast isn't anything special for the price ($15). But the staff was mostly nice, especially the lady who filled our water bottles (because there was no water in the buffet). We also got small breakfast bags to our safari because the pickup was early. Although one lady in the reception was pretty rude, wouldn’t greet you or answer questions. All in all I would recommend staying here if you want a great location for little money and you're not going to spend too much time in the room.

Visited the Landmark Bistro on Sunday 27th October evening and received the coldest reception ever . The waitress didn't bother with us in regards to giving us a table or a waiting area since apparently it was full of evenake eye contact. They literally ignored us even after asking (the 2 brownish ladies with dreadlocks) and we had to find ourselves a seat . After 35 minutes when we were almost leaving that's when some lady gave us a menu and just left. She dint even acknowledge us or say hi. It's like we were in a Club desperate for service. After 15 more minutes that's when another waitress came and took our order (short brown lady with glasses) and she was far more kinder than the rest of her crew who were simply unbothered. The food and cocktails were great though but I wouldn't come back or recommend anywhere to that restaurant as it felt like we were begging for service , rude and cold waitresses and even worse service . As much as you advertise on social mediA kindly ensure that the service at the restaurant matches the amazing food .

Nice hotel , close to Shopping centre Westgate. Good place to shop around. It was a last minute booking I made but everything went well from checkin to my departure. Nice and big rooms. My breakfast was good as well Friendly staff and eager to help. Will be back again
