We have a very enjoyable stay at the hotel. The services provided by Bruno at the concierge before , during and after our stay have been top notch. He helped us arrange the private vehicle to visit the different tourist spots prior to our arrival and we managed to maximise our 2 days one night stay visiting the souvenir shops, giraffe park and the national park immediately on arrival and the relaxing hotel massage services prior to dinner.
He also assisted us to book the 3 different restaurants and the food were all to our satisfaction.
Thanks again to Bruno for his efficient and attentive service. Our stay could not be better!

The hotel is very good and safe. The security guys are very friendly! There are many dogs that you can touch and interact with. There is a supermarket and restaurant opposite the hotel. Opposite is part of the podium building, with Carrefour boutique supermarket and restaurant, which is quite convenient. However, the public security in Nairobi is not good, so I didn't go out to walk around the streets.
