We love every minute we spend in this hotel or have a meal,nothing changes and if there is ,it only gets better and better,Donald,Meshack,Doreen,Emy,George Barman and Mercy are exemplary stars of this property ,many thanks to Doreen for facilitating our transfers and game drive to the sister unit lion Hill.Definitely look forward to coming back again….

Food was so good. The staff as well especially Chef Margaret. Good job! I would definitely visit again. The rooms were also beautiful and clean. The ambiance was very beautiful as well. The briefs from the security team was on time. I would definitely recommend

Big conference hotel with nice rooms, seems to be newly refurbished. Modern, clean bathrooms. Good mattress. You get the noise from the main road. Nice pool area. Big restaurant with ok food. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Everything is very clean. A good place to go when in Nakuru not for wildlife experiences ( for that the safari lodges would be the better option)

The best hotel in town. I got best service ever, keep it up. Rooms, wow, everything white from the toothpaste, toothbrush, towels bedding's, the list is endless. Keep it up. To the staff. You guys are just the best. You were ever smiling, ready to assist. Am speechless.

I spent two nights here on attending a meeting. This is a nice hotel with amazing staff and top notch customer service. from the door man, the front office team to the waiters and managers, everyone welcomes you with a smile and is offering to help. The rooms are modern and spacious and have all the amenities that you would hope to find in a hotel room. The wi-fi is strong and the food is quality with options to choose from. Everyone was great by Duncan the GM, Christine at the reception and Caren the waitress are a credit to Sarova Hotels.
