Venus Plus Hotel

Very good location, good building , with untrained staff. We arrived at about 14:00 O’clock to the hotel, parking area is in front of hotel which is uncovered and busy, the guy who were there just guided us to find free parking place but no help for transferring luggages to hotel. We checked in immediately but the receptionist gave us only 2 dirty room cards for 4 bed bedroom and he refused my request for giving 2 or even 1 more room card but promised me to try to find extra card and inform me the result but no answer. The building is in good condition and also the rooms. The house keeping guys are very dutiful and good working. I had 2 rooms and all to bathrooms were equipped with very old exhaust fans with crazy noise. The restaurant is clean but the staff are untrained and it’s clear that restaurant management is very weak. The food quality is not bad and you can try hotel restaurant for once. Breakfast is good and complete. Next time I will return to Narenjestan hotel instead of Venus.

This is my fourth time that I stay at this hotel,,,because there aren’t many choices over there,,,,one of the worst thing about this hotel is tea and coffee,,,,you travel to the north of iran to enjoying the best Persian traditional tea but at breakfast time you can’t find fresh tea ,,just hot water and low quality tea bag ,,as you know the tea bag’s can damage your health,,,I order a coffee from coffee shop and the waiter bring me a cold coffee I couldn’t drink what’s more I ask her to change that and she didn’t do this,,,just charge my bill ,,so expensive,,,,if you are a coffee lover like me you can’t find a good coffeee over there,,this is a 5star hotel what’s more it’s not possible to do exercise at gym or go to swim ,,you must pay money extra for everything,,in the morning ,,,,the hotel staff don’t do greeting🫣🫣🫣🫣🫣🫣🫣🫣🫣🫣🤭horrible

When you enter the hotel, there is no welcome and you must ask the bell boy to help you. Unfortunately, the air conditioning does not work in the room and they can only give you a fan to make the conditions bearable. If you are tired and want room service, He will bring you to the room, they will tell you that the management does not allow room service, and the last thing, to your surprise, the 5-star logo can be seen everywhere in the hotel, while the reception declares that this is a 4-star hotel.

The only positive point of the hotel was the good behavior of the staff Safety box failure No towels in the room Dirt and bad smell and broken bathroom sink after handing over the room Damage to the wall of the room Unpleasant smell in the corridors Dirty lobby furniture In the end, it was an exaggeration of 4 stars
