重點是衞生間地漏可能是與馬桶下水道聯通的，很臭，我實在受不了衹好拿自己的一條小毛巾來塞住，第二天向前台反映，前台卻説以前都沒有人説（其實看看大家的點評是有的）。問前台要衞生紙，她説衞生間不發紙的，並拿出一些打掃房間人家用剩的給我們，我太太衹好挑了一包用。
房間裏不配小瓶裝水，我們問，前台説有大桶水。我們看到是有一個剩下半桶水的大桶水，沒有品牌，也不知道是哪一天開封的，不敢喝，衹好用自己帶着的水。

賓館古舊，房間夠寬，設施陳舊，衞生一般，所謂海景房，只是房間窗口望向遠處的一線天。勝在佔據的地理位置還可以，有免費停車位。周邊環境熱鬧，似舊城區，海鮮大排檔與酒樓眾多，可滿足口福，沿街步行出海堤海邊沙灘也不算遠。賓館隔壁南澳老兵大排檔，物美價廉，海鮮點贊。

房間太老了，地點不錯，吃東西方便，如果衹住一晚上，還想帶點海貨回家的話，離市場也不遠，離海邊也很近，可以看到很多漁船
