Hampton by Hilton Hotels in Nanchang

This is the first time for a family of three to travel to Nanchang. Xiao Yang at the front desk provided great service and upgraded our room. The room was great and the sanitary facilities were satisfactory. The afternoon tea included was also great, and the breakfast was complete. It received five-star reviews! The entrance is very close to the subway station, which is convenient for travel. I will choose this place again next time I have the chance~

After checking in, they told us there would be afternoon tea, so I went to check it out. I didn't hold out much hope, as it was just simple food, fruit, bread, coffee etc. I saw two people who seemed to be hotel staff off work, chatting with one of the service staff. They were also pouring milk to drink, and it was all over the table, with an expression as if no one was around. I feel like the management of this hotel needs to be improved!

Good support and communication at reception for non-Chinese speaker. Clean room and clean restaurant for breakfast. Reception of cellphones in bathroom is not good and I need to be close to the window to have stable connection during video talk. I will come back.

It was fine for a solo traveler or a couple, but families might feel a bit cramped. 2. There is a small restaurant, but for more varied meal options, you’ll need to explore nearby restaurants or order delivery. 3.
