The room was clean and the service was very good. When we checked in at the lobby, a Sheraton employee named Zhou Yi received us. His service was meticulous and his smile made us feel warm. I booked a deluxe king-size bed room, which was upgraded to a suite for free. You can see the Ganjiang River from the window. The environment is very quiet at night. The room facilities are outrageous:). They even prepared umbrellas and matches for customers. When I checked in, the hotel had stopped heating, but it happened to be cold weather. I asked the front desk, and they kindly sent me an electric heater. In short, both the hardware facilities and software services are almost perfect. The location of the hotel is also quite good. It is adjacent to Qiushui Square in the east and the subway station in the south. It is very convenient to travel and safe (the municipal government building is right next to it). My only complaint is that I wanted to stay for another night, but they were full, so I had to leave reluctantly.
