提前電話預約，沒告知中央空調故障，晚上十點半到店入住時也未告知，入住一個多小時，房間温度一直上不來，電話前台才告知空調故障，待維修，同時表示未到法定供暖日期。問有無其他取暖器，前台告知沒有了。快半夜十二點了，換酒店也不現實，自費**下單採購一台小太陽，結果開一晚上温度衹到18度。
總之，服務體驗非常差！設施體驗非常差！必須差評！電梯上貼的美美睡圖片，很是諷刺！對尚客優品牌很失望！
