來這邊出差，聽説是當地比較好的酒店，裝修有點老，設施還將就，就是前台真的很無語，有大的房間不給我們，要不是我朋友住旁邊我都不知道，一樣的價格，他的房間比我們大三分之一，我們在這裏第一次住了半個多月，第二次來我們説能不能免費做個升級，前台直接拒絕，我老公有優待證，前台明明看見了都不説有優待證可以優惠，還是我們自己看見的提示，第二天去續房，説什麼漲價了，要230，我們又拿出優待證才給了優惠價，更無語的是礦泉水都要收費，四瓶以上，每瓶要兩塊錢，我第一次，在大理住的150的民宿，礦泉水無限量提供，真的太小氣，房間價格並不便宜，服務一點都沒有……前台真的太古板！
