十年的老酒店，本來環境衞生還行，朋友住的另外一間就沒有這麼幸運了，一進房間就有漏水，跟前台聯繫換了樓上一間，進去聞到空氣清新劑及尿臭味道，再次找前台才把原來那間房間修好入住，後面去找前台給個説法，一晚六百多的房間居然漏水，前台服務經理態度惡劣，説覺得不好可以馬上退房？中國的酒店住了沒有上千也有幾百，這種態度囂張惡劣的客服經理還是第一次遇到，仗着光霧山紅葉節旺季不愁客源嗎？哪個給你的底氣，態度惡劣還如此囂張，氣得朋友要打市民熱線投訴電話，衹能説光霧山的紅葉很美，但酒店的接待服務確不匹配，需要整頓倒是真的，希望後面的遊客睜大眼睛 ，莫要再選這種酒店的服務了，完全請了一個大爺坐鎮黑店的感覺🔥😰

酒店是老牌賓館，步行10分鈡可到光霧山景區。在旺季時房價要收六百多，算是十分貴了，淡季收費應是三百左右。房間街生可以，沒有霉味。早餐是中式的，可以填飽肚子。
