The hotel is new therefore generally it’s clean. The swimming pool was small, and the cafe of the 2nd floor was too hot because they didn’t turn the air conditioner on.

Excellent stay with family for one night. My check in was 3 pm but we arrived around 12 noon still they checked us in. They also allowed free stay and meals for my daughter, although my booking was for only two adults. The hospitality of all staff was very friendly and the food and rooms were great. I would definitely recommend this place as an exotic and friendly stay.

It was a very relaxed and cozy yet comfortable trip to Indigo. The staff was friendly in general. All the communications with the staff were very pleasant and satisfactory. The front desk staff was super friendly, especially Siena was a very approachable and understanding person whenever I asked her for some information about the hotel and the area for some activity we planned to do while we were staying at Indigo.

The hotel's environment is quiet and relaxing, perfect for a vacation. The guest rooms have a strong sense of design and complete facilities. The bedding is of high quality, feels delicate and soft, clean and skin-friendly, greatly improving the quality of sleep. Fully automatic smart toilets, bathtubs, and branded showerheads greatly enhance the comfort of our stay. The small balcony facing the garden allows us to breathe fresh air and relax. The service provided by the front desk receptionist, restaurant waiters, and housekeeping cleaners was proactive, enthusiastic, and thoughtful, which made us feel full of sincerity. This is a great place for vacation.

I have always loved Indigo's designs. We would plan to go to any city where Indigo is. Every time we go to Indigo, it feels like we have gone to an art park.

The hotel room is quite good, with ample space. The service staff is nice and quite positive. The breakfast is quite rich. When there are few people, you can order food. Although I said it would be a little less, it is still a basin. The hotel's swimming pool and hot spring are nice. The hot spring is outdoor and not cold. The Garden Expo Park is so big, and the transportation cost inside is quite high. It is a bit difficult to walk in one area.😂 I played for two days and took the cable car and shuttle bus. Indigo is quite close to the square. I played this area first on the first day, Pioneer Bookstore, etc. There is nothing else. On the second day, I played in the Hug Paradise in the morning, took photos at Radisson in the afternoon, and then walked from Radisson to Banyan Tree. During the period, I had a meal at an Internet celebrity restaurant. The last sunset was the lobby bar of Banyan Tree. The bad thing is that the traffic in the park stopped at night. The last bus was at 17:30. You can either eat in the hotel restaurant or order takeout. It is said that taking photos is free, but there is no free in the world.😂 It costs 100 yuan for each photo. I bought 5 photos for fun, which is also the hard work of the photographer.😜

Environment: The hotel environment is very good, quiet and sparsely populated. The breakfast variety is not large but it is enough. The manager is very good and upgraded the room type for free after check-in. It is recommended to choose a room facing the park interior, which is quieter. I live on the outside, and I can hear the music from the square when the window and door of the room are opened.

Came to Tangshan Garden Expo Park to participate in cross-country running, booked Hotel Indigo, and was directly upgraded to a deluxe mountain view room as a member. Everything from the service to the room was perfect. It was very quiet at night, the room facilities were very good, and the pick-up service was also very convenient. This trip I came to Nanjing Garden Expo Park Indigo for a short vacation. I like the hotel in the scenic area. The holiday feeling is full. InterContinental's service is generally comfortable and satisfactory. Although the room is not large, it is fully equipped and suitable for the elderly and children. Since I stayed for 2 consecutive nights, I have basically experienced all aspects of the hotel. The swimming pool and hot spring are quite good. Although the breakfast is changed to a la carte system due to the small number of people, the quality is still good. In addition to the inconvenience of eating at night (I don't want to order takeout), there are not many choices in the park. In addition, the concierge can pick up and drop off the Thirteen Parks and the cable car point, which is really considerate for guests with the elderly. Good reviews. Of course, the ladies and brothers at the front desk and the restaurant are very enthusiastic, and it is a great hotel experience!

The bedding is very good, the pillow is very suitable for people like me with bad cervical spine, the hygiene and service are very good, I think the price-performance ratio is still very good, I will stay at Indigo again next time if I have the chance. This time, when I passed by the Garden Expo Park near the National Day, I remembered that there was also an Indigo here, so I decided to stay here. Not only did they solve my problem of being afraid of noise, they arranged me on the top floor, and took the initiative to upgrade the room type, and personally carried the luggage and sent us back to the room. The room is spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and there is a cozy balcony. Non-suite rooms also have bathtubs, which makes up for the regret that non-suites in Suzhou Indigo do not have bathtubs. The overall stay experience is excellent. So far, only the relevant hotels of the InterContinental Group have never been ruined. Highly recommended!
