The hotel is new therefore generally it’s clean. The swimming pool was small, and the cafe of the 2nd floor was too hot because they didn’t turn the air conditioner on.

Excellent stay with family for one night. My check in was 3 pm but we arrived around 12 noon still they checked us in. They also allowed free stay and meals for my daughter, although my booking was for only two adults. The hospitality of all staff was very friendly and the food and rooms were great. I would definitely recommend this place as an exotic and friendly stay.

It was a very relaxed and cozy yet comfortable trip to Indigo. The staff was friendly in general. All the communications with the staff were very pleasant and satisfactory. The front desk staff was super friendly, especially Siena was a very approachable and understanding person whenever I asked her for some information about the hotel and the area for some activity we planned to do while we were staying at Indigo.

The hotel is surprisingly satisfactory. Both the facilities and services are of a five-star standard. The room is sunny and feels like living in a villa. The bathtub and smart toilet in the bathroom are also very comfortable.

The bedding is very good, the pillow is very suitable for people like me with bad cervical spine, the hygiene and service are very good, I think the price-performance ratio is still very good, I will stay at Indigo again next time if I have the chance. The service and hygiene are much better than many B&Bs.

Last time I stayed at the Indigo Suzhou Jinji Lake, I was left with an excellent impression. This time, when I passed by the Garden Expo Park near the National Day, I remembered that there was also an Indigo here, so I decided to stay here. Sure enough, my expectations were not in vain, and this time I also left a great stay experience. The front desk service was excellent. Not only did they solve my problem of being afraid of noise, they arranged me on the top floor, and took the initiative to upgrade the room type, and personally carried the luggage and sent us back to the room. The room is spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and there is a cozy balcony. Non-suite rooms also have bathtubs, which makes up for the regret that non-suites in Suzhou Indigo do not have bathtubs. The overall stay experience is excellent. So far, only the relevant hotels of the InterContinental Group have never been ruined. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located in the Garden Expo Park, next to the Beijing-Shanghai Expressway. It takes only five minutes to drive to the hotel after getting off the expressway. Private cars need a QR code from the front desk to enter the scenic area. The hotel is very new, with the fashionable style of Indigo. The room is not particularly large, but the balcony is very comfortable, and it is very interesting to face the cable car. The bathroom and toilet are separate, and there are two washbasins, which is very good! The hotel service staff are quite enthusiastic, especially the lady at the front desk, who helped us carry our luggage all the way into the room. She also helped us send our ID cards to the front desk because we forgot to take them. The only drawback is that the children's playground of the hotel is too small. Although you can take a free shuttle bus to the children's playground of the nearby voco hotel, it is still a bit far away. Duck blood vermicelli soup is highly recommended for breakfast, which is great!

I spent two very quiet and comfortable days and one night at Indigo. The 24-hour gym, heated swimming pool + hot spring, and the scenery in the hotel are all suitable for relaxing and strolling. You can book the hotel's transportation bus to visit the Garden Expo Park (private cars are not allowed in the park). The staff is very attentive and considerate.

I visited the Garden Expo Park for the second time. Last time I stayed at Westin, and this time I experienced Indigo. The ecological environment in the hotel is very good. It is like a small park. You can breathe oxygen well without going to Suyun Thirteen Gardens. It is very suitable for vacation. I noted that I wanted butter but it was not given in the end. Jam was given. I thought it might not be available, so I didn't ask more. I learned that it was available after eating. I hope that the restaurant service staff can communicate more actively before placing an order. △ After canceling the entrance ticket to the scenic spot, I hope that the hotel security can be strengthened, otherwise it will affect privacy, especially for the guest rooms on the first floor of the hotel. Remember to lock the balcony door. Finally, I would like to praise the front desk and concierge department. The service was very good. They took the initiative to upgrade the room type and drove a golf cart to the room. Next time when traveling with a couple, I will choose Indigo again!

Indigo is still a high-quality hotel. The children had a lot of fun in the swimming pool and hot springs. The hotel rooms are clean and high-end, and the Dyson hair dryer is well received. The Garden Expo Park has a small train, cable car and Pioneer Bookstore, which are very distinctive.

Hotel Indigo Nanjing Garden Expo is far from the train station, but the environment is beyond expectation. The green landscape design of the villa group is very natural. The room color matching is bright. The hotel service staff is enthusiastic and coordinates various services. The battery car pick-up and drop-off are good. The afternoon tea, coffee and cake set in the hotel lobby is cost-effective. The breakfast in the restaurant on the second floor does not have many varieties, but it is also exquisite and comfortable. A bowl of noodles with poached eggs is delicious and memorable. I will go again if I have the chance.

The hotel has a quiet environment, a strong sense of design, and good service. In particular, the chocolate ice cream included in the set meal has a large and delicious chocolate underneath, which is very substantial and exceeded expectations. The only drawback is that the breakfast variety is single and small.

The environment is OK, the service is average. The food is terrible, there is no razor, I called to notify them to deliver it but it didn't arrive for 10 minutes. When I went to have breakfast, a sudden call told me that my razor was found at the door of the room, weird!
