The chairs are straight and too small (this hardly covers the bed intle), the small and unvolume cousins, the fine coat and all small. This point must really be changed, at present they are absolutely not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The rooms are quite small.

Nous avions réservez une nuit pour un weekend , avec une réservation du parking qui est très difficile d'accédé, est la personne au bout du fils non compétente. Le petit déjeuner ce terminer a 9h30 ce qui top tôt a mon gout. Pour le règlement aussi cela pause problème, effet je régler en liquide il me fallait un caution de 50euros, du jamais vue Le personnel nous a clairement dit d'annuler la réservation et d'aller voir le Ibis a coter. Je ne recommande pas du tout, malgré que je n'est pu voir la chambre

We returned to this hotel after 3 years for the much delayed Hellfest Festival in June. Again I cannot fault the hotel or services. Clean room and bedding and strong breakfast offering. In 2022-2023 my experience at this hotel is quite good, it's really comfortable to stay 2-3 nights for business trip: it's next to Train station (so u could drop off ur luggage right the moment u arrive at Nantes), after a work day, u could take time to walk along the canal Saint Felix, as well as visit the old castle, the old city center. Mercure Nantes is also near the Conference - Exhibition Complex called La Cité des Congrès de Nantes to see some spectables, concerts such as Shen Yun, Le lac des cygnes. The room is quiet, i do love so much the view, the bathroom is clean and nice light system as well as television, wardrobes (small but smart). The morning buffet is diversified and fresh. You could ask to staff to make Cappuccino/ Machiato(they do very well) . I was here 3 times already, 3 differents room at different floor but never had prob with sleeping. The staff is friendly (women who tidy room), the staff at buffet as well i did love the dinner service in room, very well prepared. This month I enjoyed the lunch at terrasse. So I do appreciate all services they could offer up to now. Thank you.

The Sozo is a four-star hotel built in a converted 19th century chapel. I paid extra to stay in one of the top floor rooms with the stained glass and vaulted ceilings. Room amenities included robes and a Nespresso machine, with coffee, tea, bottled water and biscuits refreshed daily. This hotel also has a lift, so it is perfect for people with physical disabilities. The concierges are functionally bilingual. There was a hand written welcome note on my bed which was a very nice touch. The Sozo is across the street from a large botanical park which is also a thoroughfare to other parts of the city. It is a five minute walk to the train station and tram line, and there are a number of places to eat in the immediate area. I recommend the Sozo for the experience, service and location.

Very nice staff, pretty hotel, right across from the gare and tram, around the corner from the castle and old town center. Those are the “goods”. However, we were given family room 111 which faces the street. The air conditioning was not working well, and when we opened the windows, there was the sound of the train, people fighting, or couples. We asked to have the air fixed but were just as uncomfortable the second night. The “rooms” are separated by sliding bamboo curtains, which made it impossible to sleep until the last person went to bed. Breakfast was very sp**** at the €14 per person charge. But reception staff was impeccably nice. I think we would choose a real hotel with real beds and real doors next time.

I love the location of this hotel, a couple of minutes walk from the train station, castle and restaurants/bars. Check in was quick and easy. The room was very small, OK for one person but a squeeze for two and/or with a lot of luggage. There is no air con so the room gets really hot (I went in June), you can open the window but there are no nets or blinds so this causes an issue with privacy and at night as the curtains are heavy and push the window closed. I had an issue using the code to get in on the first night, the code worked but the door did not disengage for me to get in. I tried to call the number provided for assistance outside of reception hours but it just kept ringing so I was stuck outside on my own for quite a while until the door finally opened.

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable. What is the benefit ... We arrived in a room that was supposed to be ”great”, we quickly disappointed! We had to go through the reception, then the parking and finally go back to what they call the building ”Annex” To get into our room (3 different codes every time you know Fort Boyard?). When we wanted to use a suitcase, I'll tell you the details: it was roughly red. Absolutely unacceptable for a hotel. Even if it is not a 3*, the hygiene really leaves to be desired. The wallpaper was brought back to the reception, which offered us to put another in the room. It was not sliced from red but brown ... And to corone all, it was cut off on December 31, tonight when we were preparing. Last things, which are small details in view of our experience in this hotel: no access to people with disabilities, poorly-aged and narrow room, The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

Ctrip ordered a double breakfast for a single breakfast. After the hotel, the front desk repeatedly confirmed that we really only had one breakfast. We immediately communicated with Ctrip customer service. It took a lot of effort but finally got it. We paid for it ourselves. One breakfast, Ctrip gives a refund, breakfast is OK. Hotel location is good, on the main road, there are many shopping malls and restaurants nearby. Compared to the OKKO hotel where I lived, the equipment is old, the sewer is not smooth, and the free coffee bar is generally available.

This is the second time I stayed in the city of Nantes. I feel that the hotel is in a good location and walks to the city center for about 15 minutes. The style of the IBIS hotel in France is the same. After living in an IBIS, there is nothing special to comment on. However, the price of this IBIS is nearly double that of other cities, and I don't know why. Checked other hotels in Nantes, the prices are generally high, doubt whether the city is too few hotels, so the price of the hotel is very high.
