This hotel is in a fabulous location. Bars, restaurants and shops all nearby. However the staff are not of the same quality. Our room had a bath but the plug did not work and so the water just drained out as fast as it came out of the taps. The device on the side of the bath was broken and thus the plug was useless. I mentioned to the girl on reception that there was a problem with the bath and it needed fixing. She told me she would get it fixed. Nobody arrived to fix it that day so I explained the situation to another girl the following day. Again nothing happened. Both girls were not interested and ghisvreflects very poorly on the hotel and the Mercure group in general.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Apar**ent was excellent as was the view from the windows. Lots of space to relax in and plenty surface area for cooking and serving dinner (nice big wooden table).
Would have given it 5 stars (rather than 4) for amenities except we had difficulty operating the cooker (neither of us had used an induction hob before and didn’t know that we needed to match the pot size with the ring/hob size and so it kept turning off confusing us).
It was for my birthday and the staff had put happy birthday balloons on the bed and that was a nice touch. It was a good birthday and I enjoyed the space, wine and food we cooked. Shower was also noticeably nice.

This apart hotel is in an ideal, quiet location, 10mins walk down into the centre of the city. Three good restaurants and a small supermarket within 200m. Very good value, clean, functional, everything you'd need for a few days stay. Limited, but adequate cooking area with fridge, coffee machine, oven, hob, microwave, but no kettle or toaster. Bathroom good, but no toiletries provided. We got into the private underground car park, at Euro10/day, but perhaps not big enough for all guests?

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel, especially during the summer months. The hotel falsely advertises air-conditioned rooms. While there is an air conditioning unit in the room, it completely fails to cool the space. Despite multiple complaints to the reception, the issue was never resolved. Staff provided inconsistent information and solutions, often resulting in delays or no action at all. To make matters worse, the room cleaning was substandard with frequent omissions such as trash removal and vacuuming. I was forced to visit the reception daily to request missing services.

upon first impression everything seemed fine. However we booked s junior suite for 3 and were not impressed. We had to ask for more blankets as during the night it got quite cold. We stayed for 10 nights and our bedding wasn’t even changed, 2 friends wanted to take my room over when i checked out. This was agreed with reception and paid for apart from tourist tax. From the rates advertised they quite clearly bat was inclusive. We were shocked to be told that besides our bar bill which was settled in full upon my check out that over €500 was owed. The reception staff were absolutely rubbish They had agreed when i paid that nothing else was owed. Also tourist tax is charged once u reach 18 at €2.25 per person By my maths that should have been €4.50 and not €6.75. A discount was promised due to the awful waiting time in the restaurant but i stead the final bill showed that they had added on another €66 euro.!!!!! The hotel has since attempted to put various amounts through on my credit card without success. Please all check your bills

Very Good
GGuest UserExcellent surprise for this hotel conveniently located between Nantes city center and on the way to the airport if catching a plane. I booked a one-night stay (04th - 05th December 2021) also based on the positive reviews read on Google and ***********. My stay in room 304 was extremely pleasant as the room is perfectly located on the courtyard, providing a quiet surrounding. The room itself is big and I was particularly impressed by its cleanliness. Furthermore, check in and check out at reception was very smooth and handled professionally. Talking to the reception team, it is obvious they genuinely like their job in the hospitality business. Their commitment, all the more resounding in this time of uncertainty, is pleasant and warm to witness. Next time in Nantes, I have found my preferred hotel :-)
GGuest UserPerfect for rest. The place in this hotel is great. Officers are also very happy to help. The guest room is very elegant, with a huge and comfortable room. We will definitely live here next time
PPhomvehaThe hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, allowing you to visit everything walking and having a parking space, but the litter is not at all (fine and very hard matlas), it is the same litter that you can find in the Ibis hotels **. The chairs are straight and too small (this hardly covers the bed intle), the small and unvolume cousins, the fine coat and all small.
This point must really be changed, at present they are absolutely not worthy of a 4-star hotel.
The rooms are quite small.
GGuest UserNice business hotel with good breakfast. Walking distance from main attractions. The breakfast is rather expensive, but kids eat for free. We could not get to our room due to the problem with key cards. Our neighbours said that had the same problem the other day. No other issues. The view from the room was amazing, especially at sunset and at night. Our son didn't want to go to bed and wanted to look at the window instead.
It's not a 3* or at least they don't have the services. No bottle of water… No easel for the suitcase… Small room although I took the superior one. No glass in the bathroom!!! Shower small. In short I won't come back again in the morning when I returned my keys the young woman was barely polite not even goodbye just thank you for the keys while she was tidying up the bar maybe I have it disturbs ? Sorry I won't bother you anymore.
RryuennennCtrip ordered a double breakfast for a single breakfast. After the hotel, the front desk repeatedly confirmed that we really only had one breakfast. We immediately communicated with Ctrip customer service. It took a lot of effort but finally got it. We paid for it ourselves. One breakfast, Ctrip gives a refund, breakfast is OK. Hotel location is good, on the main road, there are many shopping malls and restaurants nearby. Compared to the OKKO hotel where I lived, the equipment is old, the sewer is not smooth, and the free coffee bar is generally available.
GGuest UserThe hotel was a little further out than I expected as it says central, also the room we were given was lovely but a few things need improving, the bathroom stunk of garlic when we arrived, just the bathroom and it went on opening the door and spraying perfume after a while but smelt liked they cleaned it with garlic oil, also there is no fan or air-conditioning and it was very warm, we had the windows open but both my daughter and I got eaten alive by mosquitos so a fan in the room would be helpful! Also was very noisy outside, building works opposite at 7am and uni students opposite the other way laughing and singing till the early hours so not much sleep between the noise, Hest and mosquitos! The actual room is lovely, with a kitchen area but just a few improvements would make it better.
Though the interior is a bit old, it has all basic amenity and appliances for your use. Mattress and bed quilt are comfortable. Staff is friendly. It is important to note the reception is not located in this apartment address and you need to check-in in Garden Hotel which is at the concern of the street (2 to 3 min walk). Though they put a print out on the door, they are written in French. I did ring them to confirm the check-in address.
GGuest UserI was very happy to have the clean room and I really want to thank the household. The staff were very reactive, I had a TV concern and the person came right away, bravo. If you are salty breakfast, I do not recommend you because really not much choice and eggs come from batteries-houghted chickens and that, I find it really limit for a 3-star hotel and a breakfast at €14. I came to training on the ground, the room was very practical in the bottom and really very quiet and light.
My partner and I stayed for a night. Check did state 12pm, we got there about 1.30 but were told to return around 3pm as room wasn’t ready. Staff friendly. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Good location. ,We had been travelling for a few hours so it would have been nice for the early stayed check in but it did give us time to find out what was going on in Nantes. Public parking around 10 mins away. Would recommend.
