The old gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and enthusiastic. He called me a taxi at a reasonable price. We were on a family vacation trip in Napoli, Italy, staying in Chiostro San Francesco hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is located in Vomero district which is a great neighborhood with its spectacular panoramic views from where you can see the gulf of Napoli, Capri and the Mount Vesuvius. Within a walking distance, there were many great restaurants, shops, coffee shop, and also the metro that allows us to move around Napoli. The rooms were very comfortable in every way, spacious and clean. The hotel receptionists were very friendly, kind and extremely helpful. We were very impressed by all the staff within the hotel, they were extremely courteous and helpful, able to arrange everything. Excellent services and atmosphere. Our overall experience was wonderful, we will certainly be staying here again.
