Hotel is not as seem on the pictures. There is no elevator at all. Hotel seems so sketchy.

Los alrededores son horribles, sucios, peligrosos y muy inseguros, hay vendedores informales en las calles y en las noches indigentes, zona horrible de Nápoles.

The worst Hotel we have stayed at that we can remember. The man at reception was rude and avoided eye contact. The aircon unit began dripping water onto the wardrobe in the night. There was black algae in the shower recess. Toilet flush did not work properly The room's door handle was loose and came away from the door! Breakfast choice was terrible....I could go on but I think you will have got the message.

Staff was friendly. Helped us when ******* had canceled our reservation for some reason. I suggest not to look out the balcony to the back ally. Some very bad activity but some stories to bring home. The city of Naples is not clean. Nothing to do with the property but just not nice area like Rome. It was nice that they didn’t rush us out at check out time.
