Cons:
- the room faces the street with tram tracks, therefore there is noise. Plus noise from the street (sirens, car horns)
- the blankets were not in duvet covers but between two sheets
- the lighting in the room can be improved, it will be more comfortable
Pros:
- next to the train station
- quick check-in
- not far from the port
- there is an excellent restaurant with the most delicious pizza in Italy nearby: Ristorante Pizzeria Gaetano Adamo Napoli
- entry to the room by code (no cards)

Overall everything was fine with this reservation, the only thing that could be improved is the carpeted parts of the rooms, which can look a little shabby.

The hotel is comfortable but the surroundings leave a lot to be desired. The breakfast is complete, it is not the best buffet but it helps you not to go out hungry. The service at reception could be improved. The gentlemen are very obnoxious, but the ladies were kinder.

It's very close to the central station, so it's very convenient, but the security is relatively average. The room has a high floor and a large area, and it is the only hotel I stayed in during this trip where the TV was normal.
