Terrible experience with this hotel. After confirming the booking and arriving are the area the owner disappears for hours, doesn’t answer texts or phone calls and doesn’t leave anybody in the property to check us in we had to plead with locals to help us get the owners phone number. In addition, when we checked us we had to deal with non English speakers (how do you rent properties internationally without being able to communicate?) and also demanded tax payment in cash even though they carried no change so we ended up paying more than needed. Property itself very nice and clean but I recommend to stay away.

La única pega es el acceso al edificio y que para el check-in hubo algo de confusión (no se me dió el código para que el portero me identificara y diera la llave). Todo lo demás perfecto, la estancia, la ubicación y el personal fue muy bien.

Esperienza davvero ottima, posto fantastico sia per il luogo perché è al centro di tutto e quindi ti puoi facilmente spostare a piedi perché sei proprio sulla via Toledo e sia per le camere. Tutto molto pulito, ogni giorno riordinato e tutti molto simpatici ed educati. Se avete bisogno di spostarvi con il taxi hanno anche un ragazzo affidabile che vi andranno a consigliare direttamente loro “Ciro taxi”

ottima posizione, migliorabile
ottima posizione. camera carina, bagno da sistemare. il soffione era completamente otturato
basterebbe davvero poco per migliorare. la camera era comprensiva di colazione ma davvero scarsa (mai vista una peggiore). purtroppo la reception è presenziata solo poche ore al giorno. comunque dopo aver fatto presente la situazione ci è stato indicato di andare direttamente ad un bar convenzionato dove erano disponibili una bevanda ed un croissant a persona. capisco il periodo delle feste ma la camera non era proprio a economica.

It’s conveniently located next to shops and restaurants. However there were Issues encountered:
-Bed sheet had stain
-water leaks under the shower door wetting the bathroom floor a lot. Had to put towels to prevent it.
-there is mold in the shower.
-hair dryer is terrible. Very weak and stops working after a while. No way a woman can use it.
-lost power in the middle of the night. Provided an unsafe feeling.
-Construction in one of the rooms next door started at 8am. Too early for those on vacation.
