The location is adjacent to the train station and the intersection of the two subways, as well as the tram and bus stops. The hotel facilities are practical but not flashy. The restaurant has a traditional pizza oven. There is a large supermarket within a ten-minute walk. I stayed in Naples for three nights and it was comfortable. It's a single room, but the noise from the corridor sometimes comes in. The breakfast is very good, the coffee and croissants are very good. Every employee in the hotel is enthusiastic and proactive in assisting guests.

Wow, the hotel doesn't have hot water. There was no hot water from the evening to the next morning. Very bad service, no hot water in toilet, can't get shower at all. Hotel management sold this problem negatively. Very bad experience!

The bathroom is higher than the room, so the shower water falls into the room. I had to fight the flood every night. There was no kettle or slippers. The friend's attitude was bad, and even though I told him the room number and asked him to give me the key, he was busy with work and ignored me! He finally gave it to me on the third try. Also, the room key has never opened or closed properly.
