Nous avons réservé une junior suite avec de très beaux volumes et un bel ameublement le personnel est très sympathique . . Seul bémol Quand nous sommes arrivés le chauffage n’ avait pas été mis et nous avons eu très froid toute la nuit. .De ce fait , Nous avons quitté les lieux très tôt sans prendre le petit déjeuner . La personne del accueil c est excusé de cet oubli mais ce n est pas normal pour un hôtel de ce standing

Nous avons été bien accueillis dans ce joli domaine, la chambre est spacieuse, bien équipée, propre, les consommations du mini sont offertes, le personnel est à l'écoute . Un peu plus de déco dans la chambre la rendrait moins froide et parfaite .

Une nuit dans cet hôtel 5*, notre choix s est porté sur le pack romantique. Nous avons eu l’excellente surprise à notre arrivée d’être surclassé en suite Hospitalet . Un cocktail de bien venu nous est offert au bar en attendant notre installation , servi dans un verre à eau (pas très élégant )et manque de douceur ,mais l attention est agréable . La suite est très confortable , vaste , moderne , belle déco, calme et avec une jolie vue . Le coin salle d’eau parfait . Cafés, thés, boissons présents de bons choix . Une rose , une bouteille de pétillant et des chocolats complètent le romantisme . Le SPA permet un moment de détente face aux vignes . Le repas au restaurant l’Art de vivre est une expérience qu’il ne faut pas manquer. Le petit déjeuner salé sucré est excellent. Le séjour n aurait été parfait sans la visite de ce magnifique domaine et du chais dont la dégustation nous a permis l’achat des vins que l’on a aimé. Le personnel est jeune sympathique et à l’écoute . Un lieu fabuleux où nous ne manquerons pas de revenir.

Une très belle découverte ! La cave est absolument magnifique, avec une odeur à l’intérieur qui est tout simplement envoûtante. Le vin est excellent, et des dégustations sont possibles sur place. Nous n’avons pas testé le spa ni l’hôtel, mais le lieu en lui-même est exceptionnel.

What a disappointment. It lacks heart. Warmth. Avoid the beach restaurant. The place is an attempt at a genuine French wine chateau experience which fails. Accordingly overpriced for the experience but they get away with it through good marketing and an enchanting scenery. Much better options out there

Nous avons été accueillis par un guide très sympathique et agréable. Il a été à notre écoute tout au long de notre visite. Nous avons également pu déguster 4 vins et profiter des connaissances de notre guide lors de cette dégustation. Facile à trouver et de nombreuses places disponibles.

Tout est catastrophique à éviter ! Ne mérite pas d'étoiles Très cher pour ce que c'est . Le personnel est désolé chaque fois que l'on s'adresse à lui pour tout type de service Room-service, service menage......rien est fait comme il faut. La piscine des "suites" est sale et en mauvaise état.

Excellent massage visage kobido . Détente garantie et visage repulpe. Tellement bien que j’y suis retournée une deuxième fois Pour cumuler les bienfaits. Joli spa avec vue mer dans la salle de repos. J’y retournerai en vacances l’année prochaine.
