Perfect getaway. The resort had all the amenities needed. Loved the zen garden in the morning. Live breakfast counter was chef Riya was excellent.

We had an exceptional experience at Getaway Nashik. The staff was highly professional, and the facilities were top-notch, making for a truly relaxing retreat. Special appreciation to Mr. Yujraj for his outstanding hospitality and attention to detail, which made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway

I recently visited Taj Nasik for a wedding and unfortunately few of our guests forgot some valuable items at the Hotel rooms they were staying in, by mistake. The Hotel team supported throughout -from identifying the lost items to getting it couriered to our home address back in Mumbai. Especially Hotel staff named: Kavita helped a lot and we really appreciate her dedication. Truly grateful.

We visit the Gateway Nashik for our business marketing event , we spent 5 days at godavari hall we loved the atmosphere of your hotel really appreciated service from Aspic ,Yayati ,Rkshikesh from Banquet team . The taste of your tea coffee was to good ,& I loved the coconut cookies which are also very nice . I will try to visit this property whenever I get a chance

The experience was just very good. The only thing that was of concern is even though we had a stay for a couple and 1 child breakfast for child was not complimentary but chargeable. This is not the case with many hotels. I thank the hotel for providing us this experience.

I am very happy with the service I received from each and every member of the Gateway. My relationship with Mr. R Tata goes a long way and its only because of this that I always choose Taj Group of hotels for my stay as much as possible. I would like to give a shout out to Mr. Yuvaraj Ghatage for his exceptional customer handling skills. I was travelling with my pet Coffee and one of the meals provided made him sick. But when I raised my concern, it was given utmost importance, and the situation was managed very professionally by Mr. Ghatage. I really appreciate the way he treated my pet and that's the differentiating point from other hotels. I always prefer to choose you guys especially when I am travelling with my pet. You guys have proved that Ratan Tata's vision is in capable hands, and it will be maintained for generations to come.

It is a beautiful property with large garden areas. Reception staff is impressive. Very good range in breakfast and dinner buffet. Large swimming pool and nice hot water jakuzi. Overall very relaxing stay.

We got a complimentary room upgrade, so we were extremely delighted. However the service response for housekeeping was slow. Please keep water in copper jugs instead of Tata Copper plastic bottled water. Rest we got a 10/10 experience with polite staff, clean rooms, top class facilities including gym, pool & garden, great food also. We will definitely come back to Gateway
