We go to Nasu every year as a family with two adults and two children. We booked a cheap Japanese-style room on this website, but the hotel offered to upgrade to a Western-style room in advance, which we gratefully accepted. We stayed here right after the hotel reopened, so it goes without saying that it was clean, but we were also impressed with the location, interior, service, and value for money given the price. We would definitely like to stay again when we go to Nasu next year, so we just hope that the price doesn't go up. Thank you Mercure.

There was a play area for children both indoors and outdoors, which we enjoyed very much. The bar area had a wide selection of free drinks and snacks, so we were very satisfied with our stay.

We were able to go on a family trip later, so we requested separate rooms. The food was a buffet, but it was better than we expected, and since it's all-inclusive, you can feel free to ask for drinks as well. The hot springs are beautiful and leave your skin feeling smooth. There were a lot of families with babies, so I think this is a very comfortable hotel for families.

The attitude of the employees left me with a sense of distrust. I used a wheelchair, but there were employee's shoes on the ramp at the entrance to the bathroom, and I informed them of this, but they didn't respond well. I informed them about this when I checked out, but they just said that maybe the cleaning staff was a bad person, so I didn't feel it was their fault. The food was not tasty and I was not satisfied.

ラウンジでお酒、ソフトドリンク飲み放題なのと、おつまみがゲット出来て最高だった! 食堂も携帯で待つ予約ができるので、ゆったり過ごせました😆✨ プール後は洗濯室が混み合うので、携帯やテレビで、空いたかどうかがわかると尚良かったです✨
