Hotel com boa estrutura mas deixa a desejar em vários aspectos.
O apartamento só era limpo após pelo menos duas solicitações.
O banho da noite era sempre frio, pois não tinha água aquecida.
No check out cobraram por despesas que não foram realizadas, fazendo extorno do valor cobrado a maior após reclamação.

As refeições deixam a desejar : não são bem temperadas , falta mais variedades ,os garçons ficam te observando para que você saia logo da mesa acho isso uma falta de etiqueta ,
o funcionário da recepção foi arrogante comigo . enfim tem algumas falhas ,mas o pessoal da recreação e bem animado.

I will return to the hotel in the future. There's almost nothing to complain about, except the shower in the bathroom, which is quite weak, but it's worth overlooking.

Estivemos no Esmeralda do dia 3 a 11 de Novembro de 2024, só tenho elogios para todos! Nosso quarto foi perfeito de frente ao mar!! Alimentação maravilhosa, temperos maravilhoso, ótimo cardápio. Atendimento dos garçons, recepcionistas, tapioqueiros e da estação de massas maravilhoso. Meu filho Caio, amou o espaço Kids em especial ao Tio Dheck!!!! Todos os dias música ao vivo e as 22 horas zero barulho isso foi maravilhoso. Fizemos passeio com a Luck, Arthur nos atendeu muito bem!👏 Serviço de quarto ótimo,toalhas limpas todos os dias. Voltaremos com certeza!!! Um grande abraço especial ao Max que foi muito solícito ao pedido do meu filho (um empréstimo de uma prancha). A recepção do povo de natal é fenomenal, 1000 de 1000. Muito obrigado pelos dias maravilhosos que passamos. Flaviane e família do Mato Grosso.
