I have paid rs. 842 / - to hotel, they said transaction declined but it was debited from my account and i have not received it till now. And i have paid again rs. 842-. This clearly shows that they do not have any customer orientation. Still i have to say the employee name miss chandni was very cooperative and help full. But yes hotel management is not at all.
